   Food was limited but very good. Service was excellent. Two big drawbacks- first, the noise level was terrible, with loud music playing over speakers and people having to talk loud just to be heard at their table. Had to move from inside to outside table just to cut down on noise. Second, not sure why female waiters need to wear skimpy clothing unless restaurant is trying to attract only young men. Would think we were past the 80s notion that women employees need to dress this way. Male staff did not wear tank tops or tight clothing.

   This is my go to place when looking for Mexican food and great drinks! The ambiance is so vibrant and the staff is super kind. Food is so yummy!

   We’ve been to this restaurant twice and both times we made reservations through OpenTable. And both times, when we got to the restaurant, the table that they gave us at was a very small table (even for two people) and a very small table in a high traffic area. Both times we asked if we could change tables, and both times they moved us (no problem) to the outside patio.  One time was in the summer and it was a beautiful evening, and the other time it was in the winter, but the patio has excellent heating. We were so much happier on the outside patio and it allowed us to have a much more relaxing dinner. We will definitely be back because of the customer service and food quality.

   Spicy margs galore. Keep em coming. Service was great, only tried the nachos and they were meh but the margaritas are top tier

   Honestly we couldn’t decide what to order because everything looked sooo good! Be sure to try the coconut margaritas!

   We were expecting a restaurant, but El Guapo is a noisy bar scene. Conversation was impossible. The food was excellent, the waitress was lovely and helpful. We are a senior couple and the restaurant was full of young people enjoying after work cocktails. I'm sure we were not her usual customers, we didn't order any alcohol, but she was very helpful. We wonder if we might try it again earlier in the day to enjoy the food but avoid the noise level.

   I was sat at 5:30 and ordered a margarita (politely). Despite the table next to us receiving drinks and their dinner orders within 20 mins of being seated, by 6:25 no one had come to check on us (table of 2) to offer us another drink or to take our orders. In order to pay and leave I had to approach the host stand and ask the server standing in front of me (who was completely avoiding eye contact) if she worked there. “yeah.” she said. Cool. To be fair when I told her that I wanted to pay and leave because we had been ignored for 55 minutes she did say sorry and give me my bill (zero discount) quickly. Also, no soap in the bathroom so stay tuned for an ecoli outbreak 😷.

    Food and drinks are fantastic, but service was mediocre at best and the restaurant is quite noisy.
