This is a remarkable international restaurant in Puerto Vallarta since 1973 for its outstanding quality, service & unique romantic ambiance. This four level restaurant is situated on the rooftop of Hotel Suites La Siesta, nestled on a hillside in the center of downtown Puerto Vallarta & only three blocks from the Malecón & beach. Each of the four floors are distinctive, offering two open air terraces as well as two inside salons one of which features a baby grand piano & our pianist playing romantic tunes all evening long. The most impressive attribute of this restaurant is the 360º view that is truly unparalleled & offers striking vistas of the entire bay & city of Puerto Vallarta. The specialties of the house include giant sautéed prawns, Caesar salads & select cuts of choice beef.
We are located at Josefa Ortiz de Domínguez, esquina Miramar #689 Colonia Centro Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.

Beautiful flamed chateaubriand, cooked to our order following a delicious Caesar salad. We ended with flaming Sexy coffee for the piece de resistance.

Alejandro and Carlos provided great service and were very personable and friendly. And the live entertainment was excellent. A great last night experience for our trip. We will be back!

Used to have Eddie playing beautiful dinner music now they have a loud guitar player going table to table so annoying totally lost the nice romantic dinner date ambience and good last two visits was nowhere near what we’re used to there. We took a bunch of first timers and we were embarrassed at every level. Quality service and loud musician. Not sure if we’ll ever go back and that’s a real hard thing for us to say as we used to love it there

Don’t go to panorama on Valentine’s Day! They were understaffed or had too many reservations to provide adequate service that was acceptable for the experience to be enjoyable. Somehow they lost our food order and we sat and waited for two hours before anyone admitted that there was a problem. They kept telling us that our food was coming. Maybe choose a quiet weekday evening to enjoy the historic restaurant and the city view.

Took 2 hrs to get food out .food quality not good. Elevator broke and friend could not walk in wheel chair hadd to carry him downstairs.

We had changed the time of our reservation, however the restaurant seemed unaware of this. They did not have a table ready, and asked us to go upstairs to the patio for a drink. When we got there, there were no lights on. The hostess told us she would get us when our table was ready, but forgot. We finally went down to see if our table was ready. The restaurant had many tables available. It took forever to get our order taken, and then to get our food. We were finally ready to go, and then realized the elevator was broken. The staff was very kind. I just think this restaurant needs some updating, and a little more training.

This was our first time here, but we will definitely be back!! our waiters went above and beyond and delivered our food and drinks with flare! The view is unbeatable...definitely head upstairs for a spectacular rooftop view!! The sexy coffee was a great show and topped off one of the best desserts we've had (strawberry flambe').

We have literally been dining at this place for decades. Really love it. It’s consistently good food and fabulous table side presentations make for a memorable evening.
