We come to el Torito brunch at least two to three times a month so we know how the brunch works . The waiter at first said the margaritas were normal price then he said he couldn’t split the bill and we have done several times . Basically seemed lazy and did not want to do his job . Left us with no silverware the first 20 minutes of us eating until my food got cold

Don’t bother making a reservation, I made a reservation at 6:15 and I got a message that my table was ready 2 hours later at 8:30pm. We ended up finding a seat at the bar instead. This is ridiculous.

I set a reservation for 6:15pm. We wanted to eat dinner before seeing Katt Williams at the Toyota Center. We arrived 10mins early and of course they had over booked. After 20 minutes we got a table and then had to wait an hour before we were served our dinner. The waiter was very polite and concerned with his big table of 8 people. However he paid little attention to me and my girlfriend. When the food came we took two bites and had to box the rest up! We were still late for the comedy show because of the poor service.

Very dissatisfying if you’re in the mood for Mexican food. El Torito has just plummeted in the past few years. Quality of the food, orders not being made properly. I would not recommend, or go back there.

We had to wait for silverware well after our food came. Our party was not served together. Some food was finished before some came. Food was cold. Drinks were not filled when needed. Had to send fajita steak back. Fatty and terrible. Replaced it and you couldn’t chew it. The worst experience ever. Everyone had a problem.

My family and I really enjoyed having our Christmas meal at the El Torito in Ontario. We had to make a last minute reservation and they were able to accommodate us. Everything was so much better than we expected.

I made a reservation and was promptly seated. My group chose the Christmas Buffet, which was fantastic. It featured breakfast items, prime rib, a variety of Mexican dishes, an omelet station, a dessert bar, champagne with orange juice, and an abundance of desserts, including a waffle station. Everything was well-coordinated, and our server Daniel provided outstanding service. A perfect option for those that don't want to cook.
