    El Torito’s Sunday Brunch was excellent! From the made to order omelette’s to the menudo, pozole and seafood area, all of your food was delicious! Thank you for providing such an amazing variety of dishes!

    It's evening like this one that management dropped the ball big time! They were way understaffed for Valentine's Day and not a manager in site to help. The staff did the best they could. The manager should be fired!

    We were at the buffet to celebrate three family birthdays. The food and service was excellent! Our server,Jerry,was very attentive, friendly, and took great care of us! All of the food was nice and hot and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was great! We all had a wonderful time! April Darien

    Reserved a table for three, then when we arrived we were rudely told there was a 40 minute wait, while there were plenty of empty tables. We left and were seated at Story immediately.

    We have dined with this location many of our holiday dinners and enjoy the buffet. Today for Christmas the service was very disappointing. She was rushed and hurried talking our drink orders. She never returned to refill our drinks. For the cost of this buffet we expected much more. Since this was a buffet we served ourselves so coming to the table with happy smile would have been delightful but she was rushed. I ordered water no ice with lemon and I got ice water. Mom wanted hot tea and we were told there was no hot water. I don’t usually write negative reviews but this time I need to voice my disappointment’s.

    Not the most welcoming group of people. Our waitress tried very hard to give us the best service but she seemed overwhelmed with work. They may have been understaffed that night, will give that benefit of the doubt. Will be back, though, as the food was very good.

    Service was not great. Had to get up multiple times to get things we needed. Ordered the taco salad and it was disappointing. We were counting on dessert to make up for it but they were out of ice cream which makes up half of their desserts. Terrible experience
