The food was excellent, and we really enjoyed the flavors, but unfortunately, the service didn’t match the quality of the meal. Our waiters seemed more focused on the bar area and weren’t attentive to our needs—our water glass, for example, stayed empty for about 30 minutes. It was a bit disappointing to experience this during an otherwise enjoyable meal. I hope they can improve their attention to customers moving forward.

Great food and live entertainment on a Sunday night. The music was a little too loud, although very nice.

Exelente ambiente y servicio. Comida tipica argentina muy buena con porciones grandes. Aurora nos recibe con una bella sonrisa que nos hace sentir como en casa. Cesar nuestro ya acostumbrado mesero muy amable y servicio A+ Altamente recomemdado.

Overall the place was average. The service was lackluster and the waiter tried to upsell us to a high end wine and then realized they were out of it. The bolognese was okay- nothing special and the filet was salty. I was able to bet around that by fitting out the crust. I had specifically slated that we were celebrating my wife birthday at this meal via open table and NOTHING was done. Why offer that option when you don’t even look. Now the wife is mad because I look like I didn’t try to do anything

The food and service was amazing main course took a little while to come out but when we got it was worth the wait will go back anytime and dine there.

El lugar tiene la música muy alta que tú No puedes hablar con el de al lado. La comida es cómo si fueras a tierra de fuego en este caso yo me comí un Filete mignon totalmente soso. Considero que pueden mejorar en la calidad de la comida. El lugar es rústico y bonito

The food is always top level. Lamb raviolis were excellent. Unfortunately, the restaurant was slammed with a very large party that took up about 75% of the dinning room. This resulted in our having to wait a very long time for our entrees. The servers worked really hard to keep up and even gave us orders of risotto while we waited. We have eaten in this Viejo Almacen about a dozen times. This was not a typical experience. As I have stated in previous reviews, I highly recommend this establishment . Open Table with the restaurant management should have a way to warn dinners of extraordinary large groups so we can adjust our reservation time.
