Caution the high ratings forElements Pyrmont are highly suspect as our experience was a failure on every aspect. Service was unprofessional form the Host, the Servers, and the Chef. Menus were falling apart & missing pages for some guests at our table. Wine bottle ordered was a substitute for what was on the menu, then was "dropped off" at the table, not poured. Bathroom doors and floors were "sticky" and poorly maintained. $190 Tomahawk was ordered medium rare, but served at 46 degrees (blue). Chef & server vehemently argued it was cooked properly. Club Music was loud and out of place at a waterfront fine dining location. Whatever digital agency they are paying for their social media & high ratings is doing a good job covering up the reality of this operation.

The best service we have received. Tia was absolutely amazing and made our night, she was very kind and humorous whilst maintaining professionalism. We would definitely come back thanks to Tia. Overall Food was really nice.

The air conditioning was too powerful, the fan speed was high straight over our table and we got cold. Even our tomahawk steak got cold in 5 mins

The wait was very long for us to receive our meal, approximately over an hour. Once we received our meal the food was good no complaints 😋 but was it worth the wait im not sure.

Came here for lunch with my boyfriend, and we enjoyed everything! The steak tartare was delicious, as was the bistecca! The service from Srijan was a perfect 10 out of 10!

We had dinner for two here, had a very lovely dinner, we chose the hot pot, bagel entrees and pasta and Steak to share. The pick items were, by a long way the entrees and pasta, the steak was well cooked and lovely but, not a stand out piece for the price, hence the low value score from me. Overall great night and would definitely return and recommend.

Dinner was 10/10 . I definitely recommend for date night. The staff was amazing and the atmosphere was impeccable. Please order the steak skewers for your appetizer. You wont regret it.
