   Elements remains the best restaurant in the Princeton area. Great food, service and the kitchen theatre with raging flames and tireless Chef Anderson. A treat highly recommebded.

   While the menu and food was top notch, there were a few service blips that made the experience less than desirable. I was called the day before to confirm and asked about a special occasion. The person on the phone asked for our names so they could provide us with a a celebratory card. While at the restaurant, our server offered to wrap up our bread and then we never received it. Upon leaving, I also noticed we never received the card either. While these are just minor things, it still does not align with a chefs tasting menu and a $600 bill. The expectation is to have top notch service. As for the food, it would be nice to offer a 10 course menu as the chef tasting was A LOT and some dishes were not impressive (smoked brassicas, Kanpachi, radish)

   We had a delicious meal. Each dish was creative and flavorful. The service was impeccable. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience and I look forward to returning!

   Another outstanding experience and meal. The sashimi ala carte menu delivers a remarkable array of distinct flavors and creative combinations of ingredients.

   Absolutely the best fine dining experience in the Princeton area. The courses are artfully plated and each taste elicits a sigh of delight. The staff describes each dish which typically includes at least four distinct taste sensations—they are knowledgeable and happy to share.

   Great experience. Food is excellent. Definitely pay for the quality, but we feel it is worth it for special occasions or if one can afford.

    The sashimi special menu, now offered with the flexibility of ala carte, is fantastic. We sampled 7 different dishes and were impressed with all 7. Flavors were pronounced as each type of seafood is accompanied by the imaginative use of vegetables, spices and sauces.
