   The service was absolutely terrible , Chips came out when we had nearly finished meal .. Had to ask for drinks 3 times … And dessert were brought to every table before they got to us !!!

   Disappointing experience, table not ready, staff that took our order was quite rude and food was underwhelming

   Service poor Asked for half portion of wings as a starter.Waiter said is it a children's portion you want. Main course arrived we were left sitting with no cutlery had to get up and ask for some.Except for one young lady.Food very average. Won't be back.

We do not offer a half portion of wings so I presume your waiter was indicating that the only smaller portion we offer is a children's size in order to best accommodate your request for a small portion. I apologise that you had no cutlery that is not our normal standard. I will pass on your comments to our team.

   Everything is being rated poor. As we were only in Galway for a very short time , it let us book our table for 12.15 , we arrived standing in elephant and castle for nearly 5-10 mins for someone then to come tell us that you weren't opened until 1 so were asked to leave and come back. Very misleading as it let us book and said open when in fact it wasn't.

   Hi Danielle I really apologise for the confusion with booking. Our opening times have changed recently and technology isn't always our friend and the booking system did not process our new times correctly. I appreciate your understanding!

   Me and my girlfriend came here for valentines day after college, we had booked it in short notice and wasnt too sure on what to expect, from the value to the food to the staff everything about this restaurant is fantastic.
