   Disappointed in service due to "surly" waiter. Food was just OK and not worth returning since there are many other venues in the Marblehead, Swampscott, Beverly area to visit.

   Great authentic Greek food ! My family is Greek and we have gone to Elia many times . The wine list was was both Greek and other nice wines from America . The staff remembers me each time I go and the atmosphere was lively . Highly recommend.

   My friend and I both thought our meals were delicious. She had the eggplant dish and I had salmon. We were able to converse and hear each other easily. The server was attentive. He checked if our meals were to our satisfaction and he kept refilling our water glasses, which was appreciated.  This is my third time dining here and every time has been outstanding.

   Before the show at Marblehead Little Theater, we had dinner at Elia Taverna. We enjoyed great bread, good cocktails, and delicious food.
