Located at the luxurious HALL Arts Hotel in the Dallas Arts District, the award-winning Ellie’s Restaurant & Lounge is inspired by dining traditions that harmoniously balance an art-filled, modern aesthetic with great food and genuine hospitality at every table.

A business chic dress code is recommended for evening service to ensure an upscale guest experience. We respectfully ask that gentlemen wear shirts with sleeves and long pants.

Join us for Happy Hour from 4-6pm Monday through Friday for 50% off featured wines, beer, and highball cocktails, and enjoy featured shareables.

Enjoy live music every Thursday from 5-8pm, Friday from 6-10pm for Duos or 7-11pm for solos, and Saturday night from 6:30-10pm for an elegant, artful dining experience. Jazz Brunch is every Sunday from 11am-2pm

What a disappointing experience! There was almost no one in the restaurant yet it took forever to get our food. The food was sub par at best and the service was just as poor. With so many amazing restaurants nearby, if you can, avoid this place.

The servers were nice but service was extremely slow — it took nearly 30 minutes after we were seated to be asked for our orders, and more than 30 more minutes to receive our food. Also the fish mains came without any sides and looked very bare on the plate. Food was good overall but Ellie’s needs to pick up the pace for the pre-show crowd.
