Step into the inviting ambiance of Elli’s Backyard, located at 45 Broad St, Red Bank, NJ, 07701. A cherished family-owned establishment, we've proudly been serving since our inception in 2021. Our diverse, inclusive menu features classic Italian and American dishes, as well as our signature favorites, such as the renowned pineapple bowl, dome-smoked burger, and our house ribs served in a wheelbarrow.                                                                                                                             The decor of this restaurant is very sweet and pleasing, made to look like a real backyard. It's cozy. Our server was very friendly and got all of our orders correctly and timely. If you're an iced tea lover, don't get theirs. It's not "real" - it's fountain iced tea and tastes nothing like iced tea should taste. Their prices are competitive but still high, as all others are.

                                                                                                                            Heard good reviews and they are well deserved. We had the Breakfast/ Lunch menu. They had a good selection at reasonable price points and generous portions. Our meals were: Chicken Caprese, the Famous Pineapple Bowl with grilled Shrimp (w/o teriyaki sauce) and a side of sweet potato fries. Ambiance is very nice, servers were attentive and we weren’t bunched together with other guests. Menu offers meals with wholesome ingredients and they even have non-diary milk options. Definitely returning!

The presentation of the foods was extraordinary. We saw the pumpkin soup and BBQ wagon delivered to the other tables. I had one of the specials, delicious and my friend had the cavitelli presented in a bread bowl. Walking distance to the Count Basie.

                                                                                                                            The chicken parm had way too much sauce and the chicken teriyaki in the pineapple was horrible. Chicken was old, cold and rubbery, very dry. Rice was stale and hard. Not good at all. Server was extremely kind.

                                                                                                                            This was my first time here to celebrate my friend’s birthday. When I booked the reservation on open table I put that it was for a birthday but didn’t include any specifics. When we arrived, they had a little birthday sign for us and brought out ice cream with a candle! Totally without me asking! The service was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind and attentive. The food was DELISH and the ambiance is so cute and cozy! Def would recommend!
