    Ember Kitchen’s Josper oven will be firing up a little earlier on the weekends. The historic power plant turned latin-inspired restaurant will open its doors from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. The Ember Brunch brings a whole new food and beverage experience to our guests. Utilizing our signature method of incorporating a Josper component into every dish and elevating homestyle foods from various cultures, we have created a menu that showcases nostalgic names and bold latin flavors. This new service will feature tableside coffee and tea service, as well as a cocktail program that plays on morning classics such as bloody maria's, micheladas, and carajillos—perfect for Sunday brunch.

                                      I have nothing, but wonderful things to say about Ember! The food is phenomenal and the staff really go above and beyond to make your time with them a delightful experience. Special shout out to Bernice, our amazing waitress, and the sommelier!

                                      This is one of the best restaurants I've been to in Austin, EVER! Our waitress, Maddie was SO knowledgeable about the food, the wine, the cocktails and put together an amazing menu for us and we enjoyed every single bite! We will be back over and over and over!

                                      One of the best dinners I’ve had in Austin. Bernice was such a great server that when paired with the great food and drinks, became a memorable birthday dinner celebration. We’ll be back!
