    Ember Kitchen’s Josper oven will be firing up a little earlier on the weekends. The historic power plant turned latin-inspired restaurant will open its doors from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. The Ember Brunch brings a whole new food and beverage experience to our guests. Utilizing our signature method of incorporating a Josper component into every dish and elevating homestyle foods from various cultures, we have created a menu that showcases nostalgic names and bold latin flavors. This new service will feature tableside coffee and tea service, as well as a cocktail program that plays on morning classics such as bloody maria's, micheladas, and carajillos—perfect for Sunday brunch.

                                      The food is always amazing. I recommend the morita shrimp and the wagyu steak. The service is always great. Shout out to Brian who is always kind and knowledgeable.

                                      Everything we ordered was delicious and beautifully plated. Our server was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining each dish and making sure that all of our meal was gluten free.

                                      We had a really nice dinner for my wife’s birthday. The food was very good and the portions were just right. Our server Claire was exceptional - she provided a warm welcome, great explanation of the menu options (including taking care of those of us with Celiac Disease) and kept on top of things throughout the meal without being overbearing. The music was good and made for an authentic experience, but it was way too loud and made it very difficult to have a conversation during the meal. While the food was very good, it took a long time for it to arrive. There were noticeable gaps between our small plates course and our Land & Sea main course. I plan on returning to Ember, but hope the music level can be turned down and the food presented more quickly.

                                      They have a very nice atmosphere, cool latin music an amazing staff, Marissa was so much help, went and got me because I came to visit and I’m not familiar with the area. I sat at the bar and Jordan was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations. I received excellent service from begging to end, had a great time. Most importantly the food was delicious.

                                      We love our experience every time we come. Took my husband for his birthday & they were kind enough to even write him a card! I’m not the biggest seafood person but I have to order every seafood item on the menu every time we come because it is SO. GOOD. Can’t wait to go again!

                                      Absolutely amazing !! So happy we found this place. Food was COOKER TO PERFECTION!!! Our waiter Brian was AMAZING and so helpful with amazing recommendations. Can't wait to go back!!!!
