Opened in the spring of 2004, Embers is a contemporary American Steakhouse with a twist. Classic Steakhouse offerings along with complete selections of seafood & sushi are available in a warm inviting atmosphere.

Embers, as the name implies, evokes the warmth and comfort of a glowing fire; from the stacked-stone torch and gas lanterns outside to the glowing candles within. Black & White photographs of Cincinnati landmarks and celebrities create a sense of history and place, while large oil canvasses and vibrant floral arrangements punctuate the rooms with color.

                                The service was excellent. The food was okay. When I say okay, it was lacking in flavor and was somewhat dry. I had the seared filet and my family had the Thanksgiving dinner special. Overall, it was okay.

                                Our serve Shannon was awesome. He was patient and explained the various dishes and options. He also knew a lot about wine. He didn't rush us, but was there when needed. This was a girl's night Thanksgiving dinner and we had a lovely time.

                                Our multigenerational Thanksgiving celebration was very successful at Embers. We didn’t feel rushed but service was prompt and friendly. Most ordered off the regular menu and we were delighted. One ordered the turkey and dressing meal and felt it was okay. We will return!

                                We all had the “Thanksgiving dinner special” it included 3 courses and it was absolutely delicious!! Very relaxing atmosphere, my only complaint was the service could have been better. There were a few things we had to ask for twice before the server finally brought them to us.
