   The restaurant is relatively new, which may account for the fact that most tables were empty. Server was quite nice, but we waited about 10-15 minutes to be acknowledged by our server; so maybe about 25 minutes for our drinks to be served at the table. Appetizer shrimp was very good. Everything else we ordered was very salty and/or pretty unimpressive for the price.

   Had the Andouille Crusted Redfish and it was fantastic. The French Onion Soup was the best I’ve ever tasted. Interesting Pineapple Upside down Cornbread was a really nice appetizer as well. And finally Tiramisu was as good as I’ve ever had and a shareable size too. Our Waitress, Gabby was awesome and informative. When we return we would be sure to get a table she was working.

   The food was absolutely delicious! The dishes were a new twist on some old homestyle favorites. The bread pudding was the best I’ve ever put in my mouth. Also, great service from staff.

   We had good service and great atmosphere. Majority of our food was more room temperature, except the chicken was hot. We were a group of 12 from various parts of the country that wanted to have dinner here and we were disappointed that the food was not hot.

   We ate dinner at the bar. Both bartenders were fabulous. Great service. Enjoyed the music. Unfortunately the staff was hanging out next to the bar. It was early in the evening and there were few customers. The rest of the restaurant was empty, so they could have gathered somewhere else. They were very unprofessional. Commenting on customers that were outside negatively. And overall just talking to each other right next to us. The food. I had the catch of the day sandwich. Very good. Except they left the ticket under my sandwich and it was quite wet and fell apart. So I saw the soggy ticket and tried to remove it. Most of it I think. And used a fork and knife to eat it. My wife had the poke bowl. She said it was ok. Not great. So for $32 not a winner.

   Cast iron redfish and seafood pasta were both excellent. Thursday 1:30 lunch was amazingly quiet.

    Amazing chef!! Loved the food, this was our favorite spot we visited while in Destin. Everything was fantastic! Service was excellent, beautiful ambiance.
