Best Italian restaurant in Dallas (that we have tried, and we’ve tried many). Everything is made from scratch and we’ve never been disappointed. The cacio e pepe with fennel sausage and focaccia are our comfort foods. Save a little room for the totally incredible brown butterblondie dessert.

We brought four of our cousins in for dinner and they loved it. It was such a nice evening with great food, great service, and personal attention.

Very charming Italian restaurant! Service was amazing, food so tasty. We had the seafood pasta that is a must try!!! Best so far in dallas The pizza was okay and the tiramissu too! If you are craving an authentic italian place in Dallas, this is the place to visit :)

The service was pathetically slow.whether it was the server or the kitchen, the entire experience was sub par. we could not blame it on the timing (Friday at 7:30) because other tables were served and friends who were seated at the same time were leaving about the time our dinners arrived. Few vegetarian options. won't go back.

We typically avoid dining out on Saturday nights because of the crowds, noise, etc. But this was a birthday night. Reservation was recognized and effort made to honor our request for a quiet(er) table. Nice touch: waitress brought a coat tree for our winter coats.' Took a little longer than one would expect to get the bottle of wine we ordered but worth the wait as a very nice Montepulciano at a reasonable price. We shared the whipped ricotta with honey on grilled sourdough starter. She had the cacio e pepe with chicken and I had it with Italian sausage. Both were enjoyed. This is a neighborhood favorite and walkable from our home, but while we enjoy it more at lunch and on slow weeknights, it's great to see a chef-driven, family operated restaurant succeeding.

This was our second visit, and we were lucky to have Jane take care of us. Jane is extremely knowledgeable about the ever changing specials offered on the menu and wants guests to have a wonderful experience. The food is delicious at this hidden gem.
