The waiter was the best! Very knowledgeable on wine choices and sushi choices. I would highly recommend this establishment! The best Sushi in Denver!

Honestly better sushi than the myriad other places in the greater DTC area - and was easy to get a table on a Saturday!

New fave sushi place!!!!! The food was amazing! More unique yet tasty rolls than other sushi places I’ve tried. Staff was also very friendly

My date and I ate at Enso on New Year's Eve 2025, and while moderately busy, it didn't feel overly cramped or crowded. That being said, let's start with my complaints related to the evening: the service was problematic from two standpoints: 1.) While our server was pleasant, after she took our orders and provided our drinks, we basically didn't see her again for what seemed an eternity (perhaps 20-30 minutes). I had to ask twice to check on the status of our orders (Sashimi primarily, so not a lot of cooking to be done). So I felt the attentiveness and speed of preparation was somewhat desultory. 2. ) Additionally, I wanted to try some Sake and asked our waitress for a recommendation. I am not knowledgeable in this area and relied upon her for advice. It was difficult for me to understand the name of the Sake she recommended, (due to what I assumed was a Japanese accent--normally not a problem or a big deal for me) but I decided just to try whatever it was she was going to bring. The short version is that she "recommended" what later appeared to the highest priced item on the menu (which I didn't know ahead of receiving the bill because she had taken the menus away previously). Ultimately the Sake added about $50 to the bill (for a small one-person pour). And yes, I know that was basically my fault for not specifically asking the price, but it would be nice if the staff didn't simply view customers as walking dollar bills. But on to the good.......the sushi and sashimi rivaled (and perhaps beat in some cases) the best of Denver Sushi restaurants (including long-time standard bearers and favorites: Izakaya and Sushi Den). I am not sure I have ever had better Sushi /Sashimi....it was just that fresh....and spectacularly good food. So bottom line, I highly recommend the restaurant for its delicious food, but keep an eye on the clock and your hand on your wallet.

Second time back, and our amazing first experience wasn’t a fluke! Tried the rock scallop appetizer, several specialty rolls, and the beef teriyaki. All of the food was fresh, tasty, and will keep us coming back for more! The staff and chefs are wonderful! They are all so helpful and friendly!

Alex is the BEST!!! We’ve been in twice so far and both times we went with his recommendations - everything was phenomenal! Highly recommend this place!

Decided to try a new sushi place. Great location and lots of parking available. Glad I made a reservation, it filled up pretty quick for the evening dinner rush. I am gluten free and egg free- allergies. Alex and the staff had plenty of options for me. I got a wonderful bottle of sake, with some classic rolls and A5 Wagyu Beef. Great service and food. Highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic time at this restaurant for a birthday dinner. The ambiance was lovely, and the food was absolutely delicious!

Delicious food and sushi! Cute small sushi bar and restaurant with exceptional wait staff. Even something as simple as their fried rice was some of the best I’ve ever had!! We will be making this our new sushi spot!
