Have had dinner here several times. Service is great and the food has been very good every time. Have a great menu something for everyone. Nightly specials. Be sure to make reservations always busy.

The Arugula salad, Chicken Parm, and Pasta Bolognese were all on point, and our server took great care of us.

The food was Ok But this is Not real Italian food. Sauce had acidic taste similar to a Doritos chunky salsa dip. You can feel the tomato seeds and sauce was not cooked like real Italian sauce. Additionally the waitress forgot my beer, didn’t apologized and when I order an espresso didn’t brought sugar nor a spoon, we had to ask the other staff for help, it was like she had a prejudice against us. Price/food is too overpriced for what you’re getting is better to drive to Naples to Campiello and pay a little more. As Italians we are offended that this restaurant says it’s Italian, the sauce had a Mexican style flavor. Response to owner comments: First, let me assure you that I am not a bot. As someone of Italian descent with in-laws from Naples and Sicily, and family connections spanning from northern to southern Italy, I’m deeply familiar with the regional differences in sauces, their preparation, and taste. While my English may not always be perfect, I believe the focus should be on the substance of what your customers share, not dismissing them as bots. Constructive feedback is an opportunity for growth, not confrontation. I highly recommend a trip to Italy, not only to experience its rich culinary diversity but also to refine the authenticity of your sauce. I’d be happy to offer further advice as a customer. If you’d like, I can provide my number privately and share some insights into creating authentic Italian sauces. Lastly, while I won’t bring up the poor service from your waitress in detail, I believe there’s always room for improvement in how customers are treated. wladimir - I'm starting to wonder about people that post 1 star reviews - especially when the grammar is off - are you a bot, designed to bring down our overall Open Table scores? The sauce is authentic Italian sauce - it is the founder's recipe, Angelo, and he is from Calabria. Our Master Pizza maker is also from a southern Italy. My wife's maiden name is Tartaglione - so I'm guessing either you have no idea what great Italian food tastes like or this is just another fictitious review - to bring our overall rating down. Either way - we would not have been in business and so highly rated for 40 years if what you are suggesting is true. Who writes 1 star reviews anyway? Those that lack civility and have no sense of class or exceptionally good food. Thanks for the review. The Owner.

This is a bit of a mixed review. We went to Enzo's for a New Year's Eve dinner. We were greeted pleasantly, seated immediately, and our server brought menus in a timely manner. I will admit it's been a few years since we last ate here (Covid, Ian). and there had been some menu changes, I'm guessing from the change in ownership. This made for some extra time on our part looking over the menu, which our server graciously accepted. We chose the Lasagna and Orecchiette Caprese, and were a bit disappointed with our choices. Comparatively, the serving of Lasagna was smaller than would be expected - it looked lost on the plate. The Orecchiette had a good garlic taste, but it overwhelmed what little basil there was (small slivers). The described 'lightly cooked tomatoes' were also barely visible; they were a very small dice (not even half-inch), and very light red, hardly any pieces, and again overwhelmed by the garlic. It was difficult to tell if there was much mozzarella - there wasn't much of the characteristic 'string'. We chose to take a serving of Tiramisu to go. We used to love our meals here (we've eaten here since 1989, and never walked out disappointed before this visit. We will give it another try sometime (maybe later rather than sooner) hopefully with a better result.
