Erba is an Italian-inspired restaurant that embraces the vibrant spirit of Miami, showcasing a local adaptation rooted in a hospitality-forward mindset. It's Chef Niven Patel's homage to his time in Florence, emphasizing the appreciation of local culture, colors, and energy—a harmonious fusion of the old world meeting the new world. Sourcing fresh, local ingredients lies at the heart and soul of Erba, with a significant portion of our produce coming directly from our own farm, Rancho Patel.

With a strong emphasis on quality ingredients, Erba, a play on "herbs," procures its produce from a variety of local suppliers and prominently features Rancho Patel's unique varieties across its menus.                                               The food was mediocre, lots of lemon taking away the taste of the sauces. It was not a favorite but the service was exceptional! They did everything they could to make up for the chef mishaps.

                                              I had an incredible dining experience at Erba! The quality of the food and drinks was outstanding—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. The service was exceptional, with staff who were not only attentive but also impressively knowledgeable about the menu. They made thoughtful recommendations that elevated the entire meal. The food arrived in a timely manner, perfectly paced so we could enjoy each course without feeling rushed. The attention to detail, both in the food and the service, truly made this visit memorable. I can’t wait to go back and try more of what Erba has to offer. Highly recommend!

                                              Sommelier was very helpful. Food took very long to arrive. Food was good but small portions for the high prices. Doubt I will be returning.

                                              Felt rushed. We were two. Ordered two apps instead of one app and a pasta in addition to two mains. Instead of spacing out the apps they came simultaneously. Got the check right after the last bite of desert. They didn’t wait for me to ask for it.

                                              This was our third time @ Erba. We've Loved it every time! From the minute you walk in you can tell you are in for a fine dinning experience. The ambiance is very nice and the music is perfect. Our server, Axel was also amazing. They work as a team and seem to pay attention to details well. Again we had the lettuce salad which is a lot of lettuce but is amazing with the truffle vinaigrette if you are wanting to get some veggies in. The butter candle doesn't get old for me and although I'm not a big bread eater, I always enjoy their bread! The truffle ravioli is always great, just too little. My husband also had the lamb rack which was great. The mussels Fra Diablo were not great and neither was the foie gras. The tomato based sauce for the mussels was interesting, but the mussels themselves were just not Good. They were chewy and had a lot of sand. Pistachio ice cream is a must!
