Erba is an Italian-inspired restaurant that embraces the vibrant spirit of Miami, showcasing a local adaptation rooted in a hospitality-forward mindset. It's Chef Niven Patel's homage to his time in Florence, emphasizing the appreciation of local culture, colors, and energy—a harmonious fusion of the old world meeting the new world. Sourcing fresh, local ingredients lies at the heart and soul of Erba, with a significant portion of our produce coming directly from our own farm, Rancho Patel.

With a strong emphasis on quality ingredients, Erba, a play on "herbs," procures its produce from a variety of local suppliers and prominently features Rancho Patel's unique varieties across its menus.                                                     Great time celebrating our mom’s birthday. We opted for the tasting menu and enjoying an excellent bottle of wine. Everything was delicious and the service was great. Definitely will go back!

                                                    Celebramos el cumpleaños de mi madre, con familia y amigos. Eramos 7 pedimos varias entradas muy buenas todas el Pave Cacio Pepe excepcional, arancinis, pulpo y prosciutto con melon todo muy bueno. De plato fuerte filetes, costillitas de cordero y lo mejor un rib-eye que da para tres personas perfectamente. Baked Alaska, tiramisu, helado de pistacchio para terminar. Todo recomendable. Muy bonito ambiente y el servicio muy bueno! No faltaron los cokteles y el espumante italiano, una especie de Prosecco muy suave. ❤️

                                                    Food was very good and good value during happy hour. Ambience was good but I thought the music was too loud for early evening dinner (6pm). The lights went down/up/down a couple of times. It was a bit warm.

                                                    Dinner was absolutely delicious. The service was personal and thoughtful from the moment I walked in. It's a modern take on classic Italian fare, set in a beautifully curated environment. I'm thrilled to see Miami embrace a new era of approachable fine dining.

                                                    Very well set up Restaurant, the host was very professional and at the same time warm, our server Axel, was awesome, helpful and always one step ahead. The food was great! Ou Party of 4 all went for the 10 dishes menu, totally worth it! My favorite was the yellow tail tartar.
