etch is a globally-inspired restaurant by award-winning chef Deb Paquette. The original location opened its doors in 2012 in lively downtown Nashville; the second location opened in fall of 2024 in The Factory at Franklin. The modern restaurant houses two private dining rooms, a full bar, and a chef’s bar, giving guests a look into the restaurants' culinary prowess.

etch’s eclectic menu incorporates innovative dishes inspired by Deb and Executive Chef Jess Lambert's favorite regions of the world to leave a lasting impression, or etch, on every diner. A wine list with over 80 choices is available, along with high-gravity local beers and hand-crafted signature cocktails.

Desserts are prepared in-house by Pastry Chef Megan Williams, whose creations top the list for the city’s sweet confections. House-made ice creams and artfully plated desserts change seasonally, providing a revolving array of treats that will keep you coming back for more.

Three of us enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the new Etch in Franklin. The food, service and ambiance can't be beat. I can't wait to return. Welcome to Franklin, Deb and crew!!

Food was incredible, we had the carpaccio, the beet goat cheese salad, the fillet and the cobia special between the four of us. All were outstanding! Beautiful food presentation as well! David ,our server, was so knowledgeable and nice.

Excellent and very attentive and friendly service by our server and incredible food. The only issue is we were one of the last tables of the night. The kitchen staff was cussing loudly throughout the night for various reasons and they were running loud vacuums while we were dining even though we had a reservation, which affected the otherwise beautiful ambiance.

Fabulous! Deb is the most creatively chef and her creations are exquisite in presentation and a delicious blend of flavors.

Love the food. Such great flavors in every dish. Executive chef came out and talk to us and other. Very friendly and nice.

Always a winner! Perfect spot for pre show for Studio Tenn productions. The food is delicious and service excellent. Horseradish Caesar is awesome and the mahi was chefs kiss. So thankful we have Etch in Franklin!

The food is amazing but could have been just a little bit warmer. Waitress was very nice but was working three tables and we did not get our wine order in until after we were served our entree. She did a great job but could of used some help. Also, we had a 915 reservation and were the last to leave but the staff seemed like they were just waiting on us to get out of there. We were not trying to prolong the dinner but we did want to enjoy it without feeling rushed out.
