Featuring an array of global flavors and decadent desserts by Chef Deb Paquette and Pastry Chef Megan Williams, Etch is located in the ground floor of the Encore tower in Nashville's SoBro district. The restaurant is equipped with two private dining rooms, a full bar and an open kitchen with bar-style seating, allowing guests to interact with the culinary team. Lunch and dinner are available Monday-Friday, as well as dinner on Saturday.

In her 13 years as Chef/Owner of Zola, Deb received accolades for Nashville's best chef and Nashville's best restaurant multiple times. Nashville restaurants are many, but Etch sets itself apart with bold flavors and colorful presentations.

The cuisine at Etch is complemented by our comprehensive wine list, featuring an extensive collection of wines from around the world. Guests can also enjoy our modern take on classic cocktails, along with a variety of eclectic beers and regional drafts.

Join us for a collaborative dining experience as the chefs from present tense & etch restaurants come together for an exclusive, one-night-only dinner. Chef/Owner Ryan Costanza of present tense will be joining Chef/Owner Deb Paquette, Executive Chef Jess Lambert, and Executive Pastry Chef Megan Williams of etch restaurant. Each chef will showcase their unique culinary prowess in this collaborative multi-course menu as part of the Dine Nashville programming. Guests will be seated in our private dining room for this intimate, interactive chef-driven dinner. Tickets are $130 per person, plus tax and gratuity; optional wine pairings can be added at the restaurant for an additional $55++ per person.

The service and ambiance were wonderful! It was our daughter’s birthday and the staff signed a card that was waiting on the table when we arrived.

Etch has to be my wife and I’s absolute FAVORITE food spot in Nashville. Always an incredible experience with the best meals, easy. Our waitress, Sandra, was perfectly attentive and gave us plenty of time, space to enjoy while always being available to provide information and recommendations when asked. She was great. The entrees were second to none. I did the “from the sea” special, it was the Salmon. It was insanely good, incredible flavors and perfect pairings. My wife got the Filet Mignon and was raving about the meat and potatoes. We started with the Smoked Carpaccio which might be our favorite dish in Nashville. Such a good app. 10/10 experience, always.

Etch is one of the restaurants that I go to before the symphony and have done so for years. Last night the thought came to me that I have NEVER been disappointed either by the food or the service. The menu has both new dishes and old favorites. all of which are first class.

Great food! Tastes, flavors, quality, and service were impeccable! Always searching for a food experience where “You can’t go that at home.” and Etch accomplished that. Well done!

Sadly, this was not one of our better experiences at it. Service was very slow, the restaurant wasn’t very crowded. The food was not sharp and delicious as usual. We brought friends to this meal because we love this restaurant so much but unfortunately went home, thinking that we hadn’t had a great experience.

Amazing food and the best service in Nashville. I had eaten lunch here several times, but this was our first time for dinner and will not be our last. Everything was perfect.
