Featuring an array of global flavors and decadent desserts by Chef Deb Paquette and Pastry Chef Megan Williams, Etch is located in the ground floor of the Encore tower in Nashville's SoBro district. The restaurant is equipped with two private dining rooms, a full bar and an open kitchen with bar-style seating, allowing guests to interact with the culinary team. Lunch and dinner are available Monday-Friday, as well as dinner on Saturday.

In her 13 years as Chef/Owner of Zola, Deb received accolades for Nashville's best chef and Nashville's best restaurant multiple times. Nashville restaurants are many, but Etch sets itself apart with bold flavors and colorful presentations.

The cuisine at Etch is complemented by our comprehensive wine list, featuring an extensive collection of wines from around the world. Guests can also enjoy our modern take on classic cocktails, along with a variety of eclectic beers and regional drafts.

The residents of the Four Seasons are invited to an exclusive dinner presented by etch. During this special event, guests will receive a welcome drink before being seated for a four-course prix fixe dinner presented by our culinary team. The event will take place in our private dining room for an intimate, interactive chef driven dinner. Tickets are $135 per person, plus tax and gratuity; optional wine pairings can be added at the restaurant for an additional $55++ per person.

Amazing food! Amazing service! We had the beet salad, chef special (mahi mahi) and the filet. Delish! Not to mention, care and concern about food allergies. Our new favorite restaurant!!

First, I want to say that the food was excellent!! I had the pan seared sea scallops and my boyfriend had the venison. Everything was cooked perfectly! The horseradish Caesar salad was flavorful without being overdressed. I also loved that they can split the portion of any salad. The ambiance was great- love being able to see into the kitchen and watch them do their magic. It also was crowded but not loud and it was easy to have a conversation. Our server was very friendly although he was slow. It took 15 minutes just to get a glass of wine from the bar. We also got the Brussels sprouts which were awesome! On the menu, my glass of wine was $14 and the Brussels sprouts were $10. When the bill arrived, the glass of wine was $18 and the sprouts were $11. In the presence of a $180 dinner bill, $5 is not a big deal. However, I believe the prices on the menu should be the same as what appears on the bill. We waited for our server to come back so that we could give him an opportunity to correct the bill, however we never saw him again. This was the only negative in our experience at Etch. The rest was glowingly positive!!

The staff was over-the-top. They accommodated my wife’s dietary restrictions to a T. This is one of our favorite places to go while in Nashville.

First, they have valet service, so there is no worrying about finding a place to park in downtown Nashville! Tehran server Nick was amazing at going over any food allergy needs with my fiancé and I, which my fiancé is celiac disease (gluten-free). Nick then stated how the manager would be over to talk more about the food allergy need and went over the menu with my fiancé and also showed the alternatives to specific dishes if she were to choose one of them to eat due to her celiac. The manager also explained how when our order was placed they would inform the chef to handle her food and that the manners would bring out the food instead of our server which Is smart to protect them if something were to be wrong ( I don't know the real reason why). Overall, all managers, Nick, and staff were amazing and made our anniversary dinner outstanding!

I’m giving it a 4 because my salmon fish was too sweet. I would have loved some live dinner music.

The food was overpriced and not very good. The waitress rushed us and was very inattentive.

My boyfriend and I went here for our 2 year anniversary. We got there a little early, but we were able to sit at the bar. Nick greeted us and served us some yummy drinks! The host Rudy was very kind and friendly. Our server, Kevin, was informative and helpful. We were greeted with a champagne toast for our anniversary! It was a fun atmosphere. I ordered the chef’s creation, but I did not care for it. They were so nice to comp it from our check. My boyfriend ordered the scallops and they were amazing! Overall great service and good food.
