Featuring an array of global flavors and decadent desserts by Chef Deb Paquette and Pastry Chef Megan Williams, Etch is located in the ground floor of the Encore tower in Nashville's SoBro district. The restaurant is equipped with two private dining rooms, a full bar and an open kitchen with bar-style seating, allowing guests to interact with the culinary team. Lunch and dinner are available Monday-Friday, as well as dinner on Saturday.

In her 13 years as Chef/Owner of Zola, Deb received accolades for Nashville's best chef and Nashville's best restaurant multiple times. Nashville restaurants are many, but Etch sets itself apart with bold flavors and colorful presentations.

The cuisine at Etch is complemented by our comprehensive wine list, featuring an extensive collection of wines from around the world. Guests can also enjoy our modern take on classic cocktails, along with a variety of eclectic beers and regional drafts.

This was a wonderful experience all the way around. Loved sitting up at the chef’s bar with my client. Staff was amazing & food was delicious.

Unfortunately this was the night of the CMA’s and there were huge groups to serve. The caesar salad was really good. The beet salad was probably the worst i have ever had. A couple of raspberries, a couple of beets and a bunch of arugula and candied pecans. Seemed like something i would put together from a store bought bag. Only ate the beets. Ordered the octopus/shrimp bruchetta…just ok, Ordered the pork rib eye. Came barely cooked. The manager took it off our bill. The chicken was just ok. The special of the night was the salmon which was really good salmon. Overall very disappointed.

Wonderful menu and wonderful atmosphere. The menu items we had were all amazingly orchestrated dishes and we cannot wait to get the chance to go back!

Food was good but as a vegetarian there weren’t many options. I ended up just getting a side salad and a side dish. My husband said the pork sirloin was very good with great flavor. The best part of the dinner was our excellent server, Brenna. She was friendly, polite and professional.

etch was eh….We had great seats at the counter to watch the kitchen. Usually we love that, but in this case, we saw disarray especially at the salad station. The back up at that station delayed everything. By the time we received our entrees they were cold. Management recognized the problem and offered comps. Our server was fantastic. We will have to try again because it may have just been an off night.
