Featuring an array of global flavors and decadent desserts by Chef Deb Paquette and Pastry Chef Megan Williams, Etch is located in the ground floor of the Encore tower in Nashville's SoBro district. The restaurant is equipped with two private dining rooms, a full bar and an open kitchen with bar-style seating, allowing guests to interact with the culinary team. Lunch and dinner are available Monday-Friday, as well as dinner on Saturday.

In her 13 years as Chef/Owner of Zola, Deb received accolades for Nashville's best chef and Nashville's best restaurant multiple times. Nashville restaurants are many, but Etch sets itself apart with bold flavors and colorful presentations.

The cuisine at Etch is complemented by our comprehensive wine list, featuring an extensive collection of wines from around the world. Guests can also enjoy our modern take on classic cocktails, along with a variety of eclectic beers and regional drafts.

    Join us for a collaborative dining experience as the chefs from present tense & etch restaurants come together for an exclusive, one-night-only dinner. Chef/Owner Ryan Costanza of present tense will be joining Chef/Owner Deb Paquette, Executive Chef Jess Lambert, and Executive Pastry Chef Megan Williams of etch restaurant. Each chef will showcase their unique culinary prowess in this collaborative multi-course menu as part of the Dine Nashville programming. Guests will be seated in our private dining room for this intimate, interactive chef-driven dinner. Tickets are $130 per person, plus tax and gratuity; optional wine pairings can be added at the restaurant for an additional $55++ per person.

    Not as good as in years past. The bread in the bread and butter app was disappointing but the bread in the charcuterie was fabulous. Scallops were salty and didn’t seem that fresh. Pork was fabulous. Venison was fabulous. Great atmosphere.

    Great farm to table restaurant. We were able to valet our car and leave it there at the restaurant have dinner and walk across the street to the Schermerhorn for our concert.

    Hate to write this review because I usually love dining at Etch, but our experience last night was awful. In spite of placing our order at 6 pm and asking our server twice to check on our food we had to leave at 7:15 without getting our food to make it to our show in time. Unacceptable.

    We had a wonderful experience ! Kim was our waitress and was very helpful and kind. The food was absolutely delicious 🤤 Will visit here again 👍 Many compliments to the chief !!

    My wife and I ate at Etch last night for an anniversary. We had eaten here once before (for lunch). Both of our orders were outstanding. She got the chicken and I had the scallops. Plating, sauces and sides were SO on point. The flavors had a great mix of familiar and unexpected moments. Our food was brought out very hot, which seems to be less and less common these days - and I always appreciate that. We also shared an appetizer and dessert that were excellent. The staff and waiter were friendly, attentive and never bothersome. While the restaurant dining area and its downtown location are somewhat unassuming you can tell that great care goes into what they do. Thank you Etch for wonderful meal and evening!

    Great experience for fine dinning. They are very cautious if anyone in your group has any food allergies. The server will talk to you about it and then a manager will come over to double check. They have exceptional service.
