Join us at Evelyn’s Fort Lauderdale, where coastal Florida cuisine meets Eastern Mediterranean flavor. Enjoy elevated Atlantic views and fresh ocean breezes in an atmosphere of sophisticated fun. The name honors Fort Lauderdale luminary Evelyn Fortune Bartlett for the beauty she bestowed upon our city.

A native of Long Island, New York, Chef Brandon Salomon fell in love with cooking at a young age. After training at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, he worked at acclaimed restaurants and hotels in New York, Florida and San Francisco. In 2015, he joined Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, where he played a major role at the signature restaurant, Florie’s, helmed by three-Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco. Now in Fort Lauderdale, Chef Brandon is bringing the flavors of the Mediterranean to Evelyn’s.

Delicious and unique menu, beautifully presented. Many vegetarian options were appreciated and flavorful. Service was excellent, seating was comfortable. Will definitely return and recommend.

Great experience. Food was delicious. Service, when present, was exceptional. They were pretty understaffed, which while I’m compassionate about for those who are working, I’m still paying full price and ending up feeling bad for the frenetic overworked servers instead of enjoying my meal. Other than the understaffed situation, it was a lovely evening. I am also grateful for the exceptional overworked staff that was working.

We loved every bit of Evelyn’s. The waiter and wait staff were so friendly and spot on with everything. The food was phenomenal, we ordered several items and shared it all. I give this place a 10 out of 10 for overall.

No real ambience or character to this restaurant. Kobe beef skewer was way overcooked sauces for the seafood tower were gross. Service was slow and the restaurant wasn't that busy when we ordered. We did like the truffle hummus. Felt it was overpriced and the food was meh. Will not return and do not recommend. And this was my birthday dinner. Incredibly disappointing

Our family had a great Thanksgiving dinner at Evelyn’s. The food was delicious with both traditional and unique dishes. It’s one of our favorite restaurants.

This is a fantastic restaurant normally but the thanksgiving dinner special was a failure. Definitely nothing special and a mess with the buffet. Please do this kind of thing properly or don’t do it. We paid a lot for it and it was really nothing special. Running out of food. Not enough servers. A mess.
