   Io e mia moglie abbiamo la grande passione di frequentare ristoranti stellati Michelin in giro per il mondo. Nonostante ciò non avevamo mai provato l’esperienza di un table chef. Ieri sera abbiamo cenato al ristorante Ever e siamo rimasti esterrefatti per ciò che abbiamo vissuto. Il locale è estremamente raffinato ed elegante,i colori delle pareti e degli arredi sono accostati creando una perfetta atmosfera. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti con un flûte di bollicine e accomodati nell’attesa che arrivassero tutti i commensali. La cena è iniziata puntuale,dodici persone sedute attorno alla cucina dello Chef. Una cucina che ricorda tanto le cucine di casa nostra. Già dalla prima portata abbiamo capito che si trattava di qualcosa di veramente speciale ed unico. E così è stato, perché da quel momento non c’è stata una portata inferiore all’altra. Anche l’abbinamento dei vini è stato degno di nota, perché erano tutti molto buoni offerti in larga quantità. Lo chef Ever ci ha stupiti per la grande calma e pacatezza con cui gestiva la preparazione dei piatti,frutto di una grande esperienza. Ha descritto ogni piatto con estrema semplicità elencando tutti gli ingredienti e la loro provenienza. Una nota di merito va fatta anche al suo staff, molto preparato e al contempo simpatico e coinvolgente. Che dire? Un ristorante che merita la stella Michelin!!!! Se venite ad Aruba non perdetevi questa esperienza! Sapete cosa vi dico? Che a distanza di due giorni, prima di rientrare a casa, ritorneremo a trovare lo Chef!!!!

   A true speakeasy this hidden gem is everything you imagine it to be, I won’t give away all the details, just a hint.. local artwork adorn the walls to the secret entrance … the vibe is a warm modern the kitchen is immaculate . Each course was outrageously delicious, my favorite was the King fish . My expectations were very high and you and your team delivered perfectly Cant wait for the next menu Best of luck

   OK, if you want an amazing dining experience in Aruba, look no further than Ever. Chef Ever crafts a stellar menu that is both exquisite visually and delectable in every bite along the journey, Having previously eaten in starred restaurants in Europe, this would rank right up there with some very notable places in London and Paris. The intimate setting is truly the best part of this experience, you really feel like you are watching an artist paint or sculpt a masterpiece as each dish is prepared to be served. If you are looking for something more than just another meal, I would highly recommend the experience, worth every penny.

   The food and overall experience was great. The only thing we didn’t like was that there were 3 chefs talking at the same time throughout the dinner - which made it difficult to hear.

   the food was very good and the wine pairing was also very good although we asked to share a pairing and was charged $70.00 each instead of &85. all the other tastings we have been to we were only charged for one pairing. i think we should be told in advance what the charge would be. other then that we had a very nice dinner.

   I had an unforgettable experience at Ever restaurant in Oranjestad, Aruba, celebrating my birthday with an exquisite 8-course meal paired with wine. From start to finish, everything was flawless. Chef Peña and his team truly showcased their talent with every dish, delivering a blend of creativity and exceptional flavors that left me in awe. The wine pairings were perfectly chosen, enhancing each course. The attention to detail, impeccable service, and warm ambiance made this an extraordinary dining experience.     A great chef table experience! The food was amazing and gorgeously presented. Seven plus courses and great optional wine paring choices. Chef Ever, Chris, Gris and Denzel were so lovely - clearly enjoying what they do ! We already booked for 2926.
