Excited to be opening his "F1RST" restaurant, Award winning Executive Chef/Owner Adam Weiss who is known for his creative mix of unique flavors, textures, and artful presentation will be opening F1RST, an Eclectic American Fine Dining BYOB Restaurant. Focusing on seasonal American Cuisine with a twist, Chef Adam Weiss is bringing his distinctive cooking to Northern New Jersey.
Diners will delight in the two uniquely decorated dining rooms that are upscale and trendy with avant garde artwork, subdued lighting, soothing background music, and an intimate fireplace.

Unique entrees with top notch quality! A wonderful friendly hostess to greet diners and good service! We had crispy calamari with fried artichokes and Greek olives. Perfectly cooked octopus with potatoes. For entrees we chose the shrimp and grits with delightful mascarpone polenta, spinach and chorizo. My friend had the Al dente pasta with perfectly cooked short ribs. And for the dessert we had star of the show Mounds dessert with hot chocolate poured over to form a ganache shell and the special of the day dessert which was a muffin style apple crumb cake with apple compote. Soooo yummy! What a perfect meal Kudos to the chef on his “First” restaurant! Well done!

My wife and I went there for our anniversary and they reserved a special table for us, the food was delicious, the service was very attentive and personable and the ambiance was wonderful. One of the best BYOB's we have been to in Bergen County and we are looking forward to going back and introducing some of our family to it. The Octopus was grilled perfectly, the crispy brie was the perfect mix of different flavors, the Bolognese was very flavorful and delicious and shrimp and grits was great with a perfect little kick but not overwhelming. We couldn't possibly eat it all....and then they brought out ice cream with melted chocolate they poured over top to harden. A wonderful night!

We were two couples here for the first time. The food was very good and we enjoyed what we had from appetizers to desserts. The service could have been better as we had to wait for cutlery and plates after they brought apps and dessert and had to ask to get water glasses refilled throughout the night.

We went to celebrate our anniversary! Very cozy atmosphere. All their staff were attentive. All our choices were tasteful, we went with the regular menu but they had a special menu for the night. High-quality of ingredients! And I love the option that is BYOB

We were excited when we walked in the restaurant with hopes of a delicious meal. The menu looked good but the prices a bit high. We were ok because we are foodies and will pay for a quality meal. Waiter was super nice and attentive. We started with the pear salad and did think the roll with pesto as a nice touch. It started to go downhill when it look 30 more minutes after we finished our salads to bring out entrees. They finally came. I got the chicken and got grossed out by the film over the Marsala sauce. I tasted one bite and gagged as there was a strange spice that was familiar but not good. Chicken was not tender. I wrapped it to go but then decided to pitch it when I got home. My husband got the skirt steak and it didn’t look like skirt steak. It was cooked medium but not tender. We will not return.
