   Awesome food, some new items on the menu since we were last there. The Carchuterie plate was delicious. The duck ragu was marvelous and the lamb ravioli with confit garlic melted in the mouth.

   This restaurant is our favorite local place to have a quiet meal. The food and service never disappoint.

   We organised a small to celebrate my birthday. At time of booking notified it was a birthday party. No acknowledgement when we arrived. Waitress appeared to be in training. We waited over an hour for a main course for 5 people. Deserts were mixed up and given to wrong customer. It would appear to be inadequate training and supervision. Meals were ok but not to the normal standard we have previously experienced. Unfortunately the experience was disappointing. We have been regular patrons. Not sure about in future.

   I had high hopes coming here but was seriously disappointed. The service was incredibly slow with extremely obvious flaws in communication as my partner and I were asked the same thing multiple times. No one asked what we would like to order, we waited 20 minutes then decided it was time to wave someone down. Our mains took one joke to come out due to poor communication with wait staff and overall looking around I felt bad for other customers too as I could see they were waiting a long time and didn’t quite understand why service was so poor. Wouldn’t come back, don’t let the Google reviews trick you as it is definitely not worth your time and hard earned money. That place needs a huge staff meeting and to learn to communicate because no one seems to know what they are doing….

   Great Piazzas and lovely Italian Soave wine. I would have lived a case to take home, just right to drink with the food.

   Unfortunately, a favourite in the past but not anymore. Something has changed. They are scrimping on ingredients and with only 50% of the restaurant full had no idea why we had to wait 45 + min for food. The staff are friendly but the food is disappointing. If you looking for a creamy pasta look elsewhere. The lavosh with Brie had all the promise of a great dish but the lavosh was inedible and the Brie was far from the warm gooie delicacy expected. After 5 years I think the time has come to say farewell. Sad

   Sadly very busy and took nearly 40’mins to get food and then they didn’t get the other meal out until the first one was completely finished - so I ate on my own. No offer for discount :( beautiful restaurant and the fish stew was awesome apparently the duck very bland .

   We had a great experience at Factory 51. The staff have been well trained and were very friendly and professional, the food was incredible and being able to see the kitchen staff working away added to the ambiance. Overall we were very impressed and will be back. Thank you.

    We’ve been to factory 51 a few times in the past and really had enjoyed the ambience, menu items and food. Unfortunately this last time missed the mark for us. Our main took over an hour to arrive (and it was a pizza). Other tables next to us on three sides with larger parties (there were two of us) ordered after us but received their meals at least 20 minutes before we did. That was not the biggest issue however, we were disappointed with our entree; baby calamari with zucchini fritti) . We did choose the small portion to share and it really was tiny. The zucchini were limp and unappealing and it felt oily, not a great start. Pizza was the Italian sausage and although the pizza crust was nice, topping was on the very light side and it just didn’t feel seasoned. We were hungry and ate it but our visit here really let us down. There was a really lovely lady attending the cashier who noticed we had been kept waiting on food, and although she did go check with the kitchen a few times, it was still slow. We did appreciate her kindness, which probably saved the experience to be honest.
