Chef proprietor Dylan McGrath & his team have created this more casual dining experience for Fade Street Social. The Woodfired Restaurant has a menu featuring wood-fired dishes, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Whether you’re catching a show at the theatre, heading out for a night on the town, or simply enjoying a meal with friends, this part of Fade Street provides a fun, yet relaxed and more affordable dining experience.

The Woodfired menu specialises in cooking food over hot coals, to achieve more unique flavours and textures. The smoke from the coals imparts a smoky flavour, while the heat caramelises the sugars in the food, creating a crispy exterior and a tender interior. Wood-fired cooking is a traditional cooking method that has been enjoyed for centuries, we've now brought some of that to Fade Street Social.

Ascend to the first floor and discover our New York-style cocktail bar and roof garden, offering snacks, cocktails, great music and fantastic views.

Putting this review down to a your team having a band day at the office. Slow service, staff not familiar with menu items. Floor manager did apologize for slowness of service and the very long wait for dessert even though it was preordered as part of the festive lunch. Will go back in the new year to give another try.

Was disappointed with the pizza, quite tasteless , we had the pork and goats cheese. The logs to start were over cooked. Brought family members for lunch.

Staying in Dublin for the weekend and this place was recommended to us by our hotel concierge, We had a lovely Sunday roast! Sirloin of beef, all the trimmings and massive Yorkshire puddings!! We will definitely be back in the new year 🥂

Unaware of booking set menu before arriving, All food came out separately, sides came out when main courses were finished. Cookie was extremely dry. We were told we couldn't order pizza and then proceeded to see everyone else get pizza.

Over all not good I won’t be returning food poor service poor very very bad experience prawns over cooked pork belly tasteless

Food was good, not great - so seemed a little overpriced for what it was. Front of house a little cold, rigid & unwelcoming. Our waitress made the night, truly excellent service with a smile & warm conversation.

The day that was in it .. Friday before Xmas was gonna be mental. However, it was disorganised from fbr get go. No menu available… no drinks order taken.. table was freezing.. switched thanks to hostess. Order taken .. and flowed from there. Initial reaction not good. But table staff made up for it. Would I go back? Prob not.

Unfortunately a bad experience. We got seated at the entrance there where people coming and going constantly. Fully packed restaurant, very hard to get hold of a waiter. Food is average and location is just ok. For the same price, you have plenty of better options in Dublin.

Been quite a number of times as have previously enjoyed the food and atmosphere. This time I notice they have added many more seats and tables effectively over-swamping and crowding the place. It’s hard to move around. The noise level was way too high. Their flat bread pizzas have always been great. They‘ve lost the edge though, perhaps because they’re catering for more people that they traditionally handle. Not a great experience, sadly.
