    Chef Loo personally greeted my family to ensure a wonderful experience. From the friendly, genuine greetings, to the 360 views of the Charlotte skyline, to to one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had and a meal that was divine, we were spoiled with this exceptional experience. Thank you, Chef Loo! It was incredible! From (future Chef) Joel (with an L at the end) and family!

    Did not live up to expectations---or the prices. Chose from a prix fixe menu for New Year's eve. Food wasn't terrible. Just OK, which is far below what we expected. First two courses were delivered promptly. After that, service was slow. Very slow.

    I cannot say less about this experience! The service was terrible, the food was lousy and we will never come back to patron here! This is the third time this year we have been here and although every time our experience has been similar, we’ve given this place enough opportunity to finally throw the towel in! The only upside to this place is the view! It’s so unfortunate this place for years cannot seem to get it together.

    We had a spectacular experience celebrating my 23dd birthday. The service was outstanding and very personable. The atmosphere was elegant and well thought out.

    It was okay. We had a party of 6 so gratuity was added in already, but the service received wasn’t worth the tip. The steak was amazing, but there isn’t many options for green sides. They also send a message about strict dress code, but we saw jeans and leggings so not as fancy as they advertise. Prices and appearance would suggest a different dress code from what we actually saw. It is a beautiful place. Probably wouldn’t dine again.

    The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable on the menu items. This particular night that we visited, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was a memorable one. We do plan on going again very soon.
