Inspired by the rich culinary history of the Bue Grasso (fat ox) Festival of Carrù Italy, Fat Ox serves modern interpretations of traditional Italian dishes from acclaimed local Chef /owner Matt Carter.

The sleek 7,000 sq/ft restaurant features hand made pastas crafted in house daily, slow-roasted meats and seafood, an international wine list and a full craft cocktail bar to make for a truly special experience.

Behind a beautiful sliding wooden doors imported from Italy, our Rosso Room provides a private space for up to 50 seated guests, with an outdoor patio that is perfect for a standing or seated cocktail reception and/or seating for an additional 50 guests. The Fireplace room can seat up to 40 guests with a curtain providing visual separation from the restaurant for a semi-private event. Our chefs can craft a tasting, choice of or family-style menu from our award-wining Modern Italian cuisine that will wow your guests.

Had a wonderful experience. When we travel, we try to eat at the best restaurants the city has to offer, and the fat ox definitely did not disappoint. Our waiter was exceptional, explained the menu, made suggestions and paced out our order in a timely manner. The craft cocktails were perfectly blended. My wife had a cocktail with gin and Prosecco and I had a Twist on an Old Fashioned and they were both different and Tastefully done. The menu is set up as an Italian Style. In which, multiple courses are ordered and they were paced perfectly to hit the table. The food was all perfectly seasoned and the homemade pasta was exceptional. I am someone who makes my own pasta and their texture and cook temperature was absolutely perfect. The braised short rib was truly done to perfection and had a very nice bark on it which had a wonderful sweet brisket flavor. The only downside which is small, is that the bar area which we didn't sit in but we waited for our table for 5 minutes is very very loud. But when we were seated we found the noise level had gone down. I hope you enjoy this review and it helps

The beers were not filled up to the top, but it still got me to the point where I was able to get an old lady‘s phone number they now know me as the granny gusher. Oddly (?) no minorities in sight. The potato’s tasted dry and if covered with powdered lemon lacroix

Food was amazing! But even better was experience. Sydney was server and she knew the menu and had ability to manage a large group. Correct amount of food and it flowed out perfectly. A wonderful experience all the way around!
