Inspired by the rich culinary history of the Bue Grasso (fat ox) Festival of Carrù Italy, Fat Ox serves modern interpretations of traditional Italian dishes from acclaimed local Chef /owner Matt Carter.

The sleek 7,000 sq/ft restaurant features hand made pastas crafted in house daily, slow-roasted meats and seafood, an international wine list and a full craft cocktail bar to make for a truly special experience.

The newly renovated front patio and our beautiful courtyard patio are the perfect place to enjoy the fall weather.

Behind a beautiful sliding wooden doors imported from Italy, our Rosso Room provides a private space for up to 50 seated guests, with an outdoor patio that is perfect for a standing or seated cocktail reception and/or seating for an additional 50 guests. The Fireplace room can seat up to 40 guests with a curtain providing visual separation from the restaurant for a semi-private event. Our chefs can craft a tasting, choice of or family-style menu from our award-wining Modern Italian cuisine that will wow your guests.

The food was good but not great. The quantity of the food was certainly not worth the price. The entire table agreed that the best item was the complimentary bread and butter before the meal. Honestly it was amazing bread and I’ll definitely go back for the bread and a drink. The service was good but the management and server somehow missed the memo that we were celebrating a big birthday for a friend who flew in from NY. That was disappointing.

Met some friends for dinner. We enjoyed a cocktail at the Bar before we were seated. The service was excellent. Once seated our server Evan was amazing. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and was attentive. The food was really great. I had the Shortrib with a side of Polenta. Absolutely delicious. They had an extensive Wine list with some of our favorite Italian wines. We're definitely returning and requesting him as our server.

As always an amazing experience from the minute we walked in!! Food was very flavorful, wine choices excellent!

I had the 25 layer lasagna, it was the worst food I have ever eaten. The flavoring was all wrong and the menu description was misleading. The broccolini was charred which was said in the menu, but it was the flavor that was absolutely awful. We had a starter salad that was good, but overall the food was horrible and overpriced. What they are hoping to achieve with the flavors did not work . Overall, would never dine here again.

Everything about the Fat Ox was great! The food was incredible ( especially the brick grilled chicken and cacio e Pepe ) the beef carpaccio was also stellar!

Oxtail was dry & not very good. I probably should’ve told the server, but I did not. We were celebrating our anniversary. My son had scallops and they were fishy. Ambulance was beautiful when I go back probably not. Short ribs

We did the first 2 courses family style and that was a good balance to the entrees. Our server also happened to be sommelier which was helpful when selecting a wine that paired well with the different entrees selected. Sydney was our server and she was terrific.
