Reservations are open for dinner only, lunch is walk ins only.

What’s in the name you ask? We don’t really know, other than the fact that it has a good ring to it.

Nothing really about this place makes much sense. Are we a butcher shop or a restaurant? Are we a butcher shop inside of a restaurant? Or a restaurant inside of a butcher shop?

In our spare time we like to build fires and cook food over wood, you can hire us to do that. We make all of our own charcuterie in house, and we’re determined to get better at that everyday.

How do two concepts operate together in harmony? We don’t really know yet, but we will work at it ‘til it’s seamless. One thing we do know, all of the meat served and sold between these four walls is strictly derived from whole animals butchered in-house, sourced from happy places.

Small plates for sharing, family style platters, option to choose your own protein - great cocktails and wine list. Servers were en-pointe and very knowledgeable - this is crucial to the overall dining experience. We let our server Brianna select our wine - total winner! All dishes were expertly crafted using unique flavour combinations and presentations. Casual, unpretentious atmosphere with exquisite food!

We visit this restaurant every time we are in the Niagara region. Amazing spot with great food and service. Will definitely be back soon

We’ve been meaning to visit this restaurant for quite a while, so we had high expectations going in. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t quite meet those lofty standards. The food was decent, but nothing that wowed us. Steak was not bad, but we had better. However, the dessert, it was absolutely delicious!

Overall, a great dining experience. Dishes were unique and flavourful. Service was fantastic. Would definitely dine here again! Very cool spot.
