    We arrived on time for our 5:30 reservation. The host and server were friendly and professional. The restaurant was relatively empty for they just recently opened for the day. It took 30-45 minutes to receive our drinks. By now the room was filling with guests. You could tell the staff was overwhelmed. After another significant amount of time, we finally had the opportunity to order food which was delicious. The appetizer came out with the meal, the timing was disappointing. The server did remove the app from the bill. Overall, my table of 2 was there for 2.5 hours as a result of what must have been a short-staffed crew. The facility either needed to stop taking walk-ins or hault reservations in advance. Our date night-out turned into annoying test of patience. Chalk it as our first and last visit. The food was great, but not worth a 2.5 hour visit.

    Our food was very good no complaints. Service was awful, slow, we had 6:30 reservations and were seated and not helped til 7:15, checks were all a screwed up.

    An unexpected gem! Discovered Fats Back Room when we were trying to find a Valentines night out. Everyone was so friendly and the food was amazing. The wine recommendation from the owner was spot on. It was a busy night with some service hiccups, but willing to overlook any slight delays. We will be back again and then again it was so good.

    Rarely do I review a restaurant I dined at on Valentine’s Day or Mothers Day as these are the most insanely busy days of the year. That being said Fat’s was a pleasure on Valentine’s Day 2025. Busy, yes; reservations a must, absolutely. Entrees come complete with salad & side and portions are substantial. Atmosphere is classy-comfortable and servers are knowledgeable and attentive, even on a busy day. Limited days and hours of operation so book well in advance!

    Wonderful gem to discover. Regular menu and specials. Very attentive service. All 5 of us selected different pasta, seafood, pork, steak options and all were excellent

    First time here, took the family for my wife’s birthday. Absolutely fantastic, received personal attention from the owner, attentive service. I highly recommend the charcuterie board, the scampi were huge and fantastic, pasta was delicious and there wasn’t huge mark up on the wine. Overall a fantastic dinner and we will be back.

    Had a great dinner. The food was amazing, loved the Brussel Sprouts especially. Great staff, service was excellent and folks were friendly. Really liked the vibe and would bring friends here.
