Located in one of Victoria's oldest buildings, Ferris' Upstairs Seafood And Oyster Bar presents deeply coloured wooden floors and rich brick walls accented by candlelight.

Featuring the best in fresh seafood from our local waters, and premium steaks from Alberta. It's a great place to lounge and enjoy what Vancouver Island has to offer. Small plates and large, our menu changes weekly based on the best in available produce and season.

We boast an extensive wine list from Europe, California and Canada. Six rotating craft beers on tap and carefully curated cocktails featuring local spirits and house made ingredients.

Seafood, meat, vegetarian and vegan options available. Kids welcome.

Located in the heart of downtown Victoria. Regularly named one of the best seafood restaurants in town, we offer a romantic setting perfect for date nights, special occasions and casual dinners. Tapas available from our neighbouring tapas bar Perro Negro on the weekends.

The food was incredible! We absolutely loved the seafood options and were blown away by how delicious everything was. I especially loved the crispy polenta & halloumi dish. Thank you to our lovely server as well (sorry I did not catch your name). She was extremely attentive and friendly. We recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves seafood. Thank you for a lovely evening.

The experience was great. This was our third time there. At first we thought the music selection was not that greatest but it got softer and better after a while. The demographic was mostly people over 50 so I think music should be geared at that age group. The waitresses were delightful! The food was also great but the raw oysters were tiny…! We would probably not order smelts again. The orange cake and the crème brûlée is a must! Definitely a cool place to visit when we’re in town!

A flight of stairs leads up to an eclectic dining area with interesting paintings and artifacts Get here before 6pm for happy hour and we had a dozen oysters before I had steamed mussels and clams in a creamy white wine sauce

We enjoyed an amazing 35th wedding anniversary dinner on Friday. Made a reservation for the upstairs dinning room. Kate was our amazing server & the staff signed a thoughtful anniversary card. We started with 1/2 dozen fresh oysters & also fried oysters, an old fashioned & a glass of Rose! Everything was perfect & really delicious! Ordered watermelon salad, Humboldt Squid & halibut! Everything was amazing along with a glass of Taittinger champagne. A perfect evening. No room for dessert. Thanks to the entire Ferris Upstairs Seafood & Oyster Bar Staff. We would strongly recommend this restaurant & will return!
