Fiamma is a full service authentic Italian Restaurant featuring the first truly authentic Neapolitan Wood burning pizza oven in Monroe county. With an all natural flame our oven maintains an internal temperature of 1000 degrees cooking the pizza in 45 seconds leaving it with a truly unique taste and texture. The rest of our menu is reflective of traditional southern italian dishes native to the Campania region. With diverse ingredients and seasonal fruits and vegetables we strive to offer only the freshest available seasonal dishes. As the seasons change so will our menu.

The small, quaint dining room was designed to resemble an old fashioned Italian osteria. Rich with wood and other earth elements Fiamma is a warm inviting atmosphere. The Italian countryside was inspiration for both the menu and the dining space. While at Fiamma you will be greeted with a smile, and treated like family.

Ottimo cibo, servizio non impeccabile ma accettabile... unica pecca: ho chiesto se era possibile avere una pizza che avevo mangiato tre settimane prima (era proposta negli special) e il cameriere mi ha risposto di no perché non c’erano gli ingredienti... all’uscita mi sono accorta che nel banco frigo c’era una forma intera di taleggio e il prosciutto crudo (sempre presente nel ristorante)... ingredienti con i quali si poteva benissimo preparare la pizza da me richiesta. Un po’ più di elasticità e la propensione alle piccole varianti nei menu proposti credo sia d’obbligo.

The Calamari was great! Nice, fresh sauce, lightly battered squid. Great. The caprese was good-nice fresh tomatoes, great balsamic . But surprisingly no basil, which is a standard in this dish, so that took away from the flavor somewhat. Also a terrific Broccoli Rabe. For the main course, my date had a ravioli special that was superb. I went with the Steak Pizzaiola, which I would not get again. The sauce was greasy and overly salted. Though it was supposed to have mushrooms, I did not find any. I expected some cheese also, but it might have melted into the sauce. The steak was very disappointing; it was cooked medium rare, which was good, but it was a very fatty cut. I would say that the ratio of meat to fat was about even. Perhaps I should have alerted my waitress about this. The presentation in a cast iron skillet was quite impressive. I just found the steak to be too salty and quite fatty. Despite the issue with the steak, I considered it a great meal and very nice ambience.

It was alright. Our server was fantastic and the drinks were delicious. Food was okay…pizza was kind of soupy and the pasta was not our favorite in terms of flavors.

It is always an excellent choice for dinner. The food is excellent and service is always strong. Very nice atmosphere - good for small or large groups.

Very nice atmosphere in an old factory building with exposed brick and beams. Server was very nice and efficient on a buys New Year's Eve night. I had pork chops and they were good but not as thick as I expected. The others in my group were happy with their food.
