A wood-flamed mash-up of Modern America with classic influences, guests will relish just how delicious home-away-from-home scratch cooking can be. At Fig & Ash, we provide seasonal sustainable comfort dishes, in a warm rustic setting. Fig & Ash offers a new take on old favorites and new adventures that will become favorites.

We allot one hour and forty-five minutes for each party of two and two hours and fifteen minutes for each party of four. Please keep this in consideration when dining with us to ensure a great experience for everyone. We can accommodate up to a party of five in our Main Dining Room. Please contact us for larger reservations.

We have outdoor patio seating available equipped with commercial overhead heaters. Please contact us for more details.

Loved it. Gemelli was excellent, as was the meatloaf. Great wines. Very cool vibe.

My family and I visited this restaurant for the first time and were happy with our experience, but there are rooms for improvement. Firstly, their menu is very limited making it difficult for us to choose our favorites. Secondly, despite asking them not serve us spicy food, the sweet potato soup was filled with ginger. Lastly, the dishes were a little bit salty perhaps because they use sea salt. On the positive side, the food was cooked to perfection and the service was great. My wife had an apple salad too and she loved it. The ambience was also very good. Overall, our first experience turned to be a satisfaction.

Once again, Fig & Ash delivered an incredible evening for us and our 3 out of town guests - they were wowed. Our server and the staff were wonderful and took great care of us. At one point our table got very quiet as each of us were totally immersed in the food in front of us - and we're a chatty group, so that really says a lot about the quality - taste and presentation. Loved the latest cocktail menu too. One of our tips is to order the carrots with a glass of dessert wine as our final course - sweet, savory and easy on our gluten-free guests. You can't go wrong with any item on the menu. Bring friends and share everything - you won't be disappointed.

We love Fig & Ash and always have a delightful evening. Friends were visiting from DC/Alexandria and we wanted to treat them; stars and happiness all around. Thank you. Kirsten (sp?) was wonderful.

A rare fillet was prepared perfectly. Delicious confit pork shank and spaetzle. We split a beet salad and apple cobbler desert. All delicious. Attentive and friendly service.

Service was very attentive and polished. Don’t know how the lumberjack flannel shirt motif of servers fits in though. Heirloom carrots w ricotta were excellent, sweet potato soup w poached pear tasty although bacon to amp up umami is tiresome. Roasted squash risotto just ok. Able to get past the cloyingly rich taste of the short rib meatloaf with the recommended Chinon Cabernet Franc which paired well. Cast iron brownie was a great dessert and more than enough for two.

This was our second time dining, and just as amazing as the first. Definitely our favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh!
