   For a Mother’s Day meal, everything was spectacularly done. Servers worked overtime and the place was buzzing with activity. Full menu and also special menu and the portions were enormous! Very pleased with everything and only problem Was it was BYOB and we weren’t prepared. For such a busy day when most restaurants just try and turn the table and offer very limited options, this place put them all to shame. Will definitely be returning again. Bravo!

   The staff is so friendly and the food was amazing! We had a great Mother's Day experience here and would come back anytime!!

   Mother’s day was a disaster. The kitchen could not keep up. Wait staff, what wait staff? We had to wave some one down to get anything and that includes ordering food. N one of the food was Coming out at the same time, and that was not just our table.

   We went for lunch for Mother's Day. They were busy but there were still many empty tables. The service staff was very overwhelmed and distracted. They would not allow us to place orders for our kid's food and appetizers when we sat down, they wouldn't allow to place appetizer/kids food order separately from our entrees, and then did not return to take out order for 25 minutes. There was a spill at our table and we had to get napkins ourselves to clean it up (not a problem, just the fact we couldn't get anyone's attention to ask for a napkin was very surprising and frustrating). We waited 45 minutes for our appetizer and children's food, and the restaurant was only half full. My Mom and I had to leave before our entrees ever came out due to an appointment. The manager was not very nice or apologetic, and just kept saying "the order was not put in until 1:15" to explain why we waited so long for our food. That just means the server forgot to put our order in! Just a frustrating overall experience. The food was delicious, so we may try takeout in the future but we will not be returning for a dine in experience.

   There was no one at the entrance so we waited for the hostess to notice us and then take us to our seat… only she just plopped the menu on the table and walked away. I wasn’t sure how I was going to sit as I looked around and saw that it was a nice quaint restaurant but everyone was seated along the wall. There were various groups of 2-4. Looked cramped while the big round tables were empty. I stood there trying to figure out how I was supposed to get into my seat with ice buckets on either side. The seats were so close I asked to move a couple seats down, not that there was that much more room but at least I could squeeze in. This time another server came by and moved the ice bucket out so I could get in. The tables were so close that you could hear each other’s conversations. Pasta was soggy! We could barely eat it. No wonder it came out so quickly! We did tell our server that the pasta was soggy and she told us to order al-dente next time. We explained that it wasn’t overcooked. It was literally reheated! We just took the leftovers to go but ended up throwing it out when we got home. We asked for to-go containers and we were walking out and that’s when offered a bag to put the containers in. We were in and out of there in half an hour.

   The food was great and fairly large portions. The waitstaff was very friendly and attentive. The owner stopped and chatted with every table. Highly recommend.

    Enjoyed eggplant rolatini, chicken Frances and chicken Milanese. All nicely prepared. Pleasant BYOB restaurant with easy parking.
