                                          We had a reservation on OpenTable for Fig and arrived 5 minutes early to find the place dark and the door locked without any sign on the door indicating anything about a closure. Not the first time we’ve been surprised to find them closed. We have had other restaurants notify us of a closer hen we had a reservation and while it can be inconvenient we appreciate the notice. There is no excuse for not addressing a closure when there is a reservation. Even a sign in the door would have been better.

                                          We had a wonderful experience at fig, my husband and I travel all over world and fig was delightful experience. Our bruschetta was delicious and my husbands salmon was fabulous. Service was lovely and very attentive. I would highly recommend fig.

                                          The food was horrible. We ordered the bruschetta and the bread was stale and not toasted. The mozzarella was shredded not fresh nor was it melted The muscles were overcooked and not flavored well. We did not finish our meal and did not take our leftovers with us. Strongly do not recommend to have dinner The restaurant was clean, obvious was nicely done, and the service was good

                                          The food was ok….a little heavy. We were not a fan of the sausage gravy. Unfortunately, it was on just about everything. Hindsight, we should’ve requested it to be placed on the side. The service was excellent.

                                          My sisters and I had dinner here, overall we enjoyed the food and ambiance. My sister had the jambalaya and said it was delicious, I had the rice bowl and added chicken— very yummy! We shared a slice of chocolate cake for dessert which was a great choice to end our meal. Great spot for a delicious meal!

                                          The four of us each got different things and everybody really enjoyed what they had. The salmon and risotto with spinach was delicious. Other members of the party got jambalaya, a burger, and a salad. Everybody was pleased. The hush puppy appetizer was a nice way to start the meal. I had not been in a while, but was happy to see that it was as good as ever.

                                          It was underwhelming, coffee/lattes weak ; server was darling , we were amongst the few people there , food was good but minimalist , bland.. food needs a facelift

                                          Nice cafe on the edge of the UVa campus. Food was tasty. Typical campus atmosphere, casual with young people. We were there just after graduation so lots of families eating brunch when we were there.
