Chef Marcin Sołtys has created a menu inspired by traditional polish cuisine in a modern style and regional products from the oldest market in Krakow - Stary Kleparz. Each dish is created on our open kitchen.

Culinary adventure in Filipa 18 Food Wine Art starts with bread baked by us according to traditional recipes, amuse bouche from our Chef, and ends with selected wines from around the world.

Art
Filipa 18 Food Wine Art is a place where tradition mixes with modernity. The graphics of young krakow artists from the Polish School of Posters give the restaurant a cozy and unique character.

                                        Ristorante chiuso. Prenotato una settimana prima per il giorno di Pasqua. Invece nell’app dava aperto. Nessuno mi ha contattato. Pessimo servizio e figuraccia. Mai più. Inaffidabili è dire poco.

                                        It was a fantastic evening. The food was great, the service was excellent, and the acoustics in the restaurant are perfect. There is a nice calm atmosphere in the restaurant with pleasant music. We had a dining experience beyond the ordinary. Thank you for a lovely evening.

                                        This is a restaurant in the Hotel Indigo. The ambiance was good and the service was excellent. My wife had an unusual starter of pickled cucumbers, carpaccio and vodka and we both had the roast duck as our main course. The duck was exceptional. Desserts were a bit of a letdown compared with the rest of the meal but, overall, this is a fine dining experience. A comparable meal in the States would be at least twice the price.

                                        A very good address, without a doubt. Attentive and warm service. And then, exceptionally, living like a bourgeois is good and fun.

                                        Soups were lovely but three of us had a fish dish for our second course in which the separate elements really did not work together. The fish (zander) was well cooked and tasty but the goats cheese doughnuts and what was essentially an egg mayonnaise salad did nothing for the dish. There was a lot of talk from the nice but very serious waiters about the "concept " of their executive chef, which did nothing to enhance the experience, a more relaxed approach would have been welcome. I hope we were just unlucky with our choice of dish and I wish the restaurant well.
