   Super helpful and friendly staff, who went out of their way to help us. Food was amazing and arrived fast.

   Service was poor, couldn’t hear the waiter speaking. We ordered our starters which took about 30 minute to be served, then we waited around and 1 hour before we got our main courses.. think the staff need to check how many booking they have before start brining in more tables. There wasn’t enough staff on for the amount of people that were in the building having a meal Kerry Roddie has

   we turned up early and were taken to our seats. drinks order was a bit slow but it was very busy. Food arrived on time and was hot and very good. a good experience

   Despite us receiving an email reminding us of the booking, the restaurant did not have the reservation in their system. Luckily, or unluckily as it turned out, there were tables available. We had to move from the first (very tiny) ywo person table we were given as the seats were too badly maintained to sit on without them moving every time you shifted in your seat. The waiter missed our order for a starter so our main courses arrived first. After we sent those back we eventually got our shared nachos platter. We joked when we got to the main course that we hoped these weren’t the same burgers they had brought to use 30 minutes previously. Not really sure we got a response to that question though, it was a mumble...still up for debate. The burgers were mediocre at best, just served with fries and an uninspiring coleslaw. It’s been a very long time since I ever ate here, recent visits have been drinks only. I’m not intending to go back based on this experience. Frankie and Benny’s is over the road and I’d now go there in preference.
