Fiola Miami brings the cuisine and culture of Italy to Coral Gables, "The City Beautiful." Recognized as one of the best fine-dining Italian restaurants in South Florida, Fiola Miami is Fabio Trabocchi's first restaurant venture outside of Washington D.C. and marks the Michelin-starred brand's second location.

Our menus are founded on authentic Italian traditions creatively evolved for the contemporary palate. Each dish blends our passion for the season and local ingredients with rich nostalgia and unexpected delight.

Fiola Miami's unparalleled wine portfolio places an emphasis on luxury wines and exclusive partnerships with national and international wineries. Fiola offers nightly dinner service; a Prix Fixe Lunch ($42) and Happy Hour menu available Tuesday through Friday; and Sunday Brunch. The Bar features select items from our dinner menu, alongside craft cocktails. Fiola is renowned for hosting events in our private dining rooms, outside in our luxe tent, or as a full buyout.

Ironically enough, when we arrived we were told that the restaurant was longer part of Open Table, and that we didn’t have a reservation?! I showed them my phone with the confirmed res thru your platform, but they dismissed it. They seated us regardless in an overly bright wine room full of kids, and moved us when we asked for a different table. Hard sell on the 48oz steak (table didn’t eat meat), ok caviar service, very tough shrimp scampi (requested a steak knife), tasty pesto pasta, bland seared tuna. Server very standoffish, had to ask mgr for check. Hard to justify pricing with so many other great Italian spots.

We have been to Fiola several times and this visit was different than all of the ones before, we kept it simple from a ordering perspective and the waiter was extremely attentive and helpful in our decisions for wine, appetizers, and main course. We had their Caesar salad and the wagyu beef carpaccio for appetizers and all I can say is that I could have ordered this twice and skipped the main course. These two items were amazing paired with a great Chardonay from Farniente. For dinner we ordered the Branzino and the Tuna as a main course paired with a side of Arugula salad and broccolini. No pasta at all and the main courses were amazing, I was extremely surprised at how well the Tuna main course tasted and the quality of the Tuna was a 10.

Had dinner last night food was enjoyable the service was outstanding. The floor manager Yari Saba was so personable, professional & friendly.

The hostess are both great, very accommodating and nice. The food in general was extremely salty hard to pick which one was actually good. No solutions were offered for any returned items. As far as wine service they retrieved the bottle away from the table to open it without any notice, which felt unsettling (they should at least explain as to why they open it away from our view) All in all highly disappointed with the food and service.

What a fantastic experience. The food was amazing and the service was so spectacular. Hands down one of the best. Great cocktails and the attention to detail is unmatched.
