                                                  Service was great, food was nothing spectacular. We both had the filet and we were not impressed. There was no flavor. There were floaties in my husband's beer. My first drink, the berry pina colada was great, the second drink was the midnight oasis, it tasted like cough syrup. We were looking for a nice place for a date night without the kids. We made a reservation and were seated iimmediately. Everything came quickly and we were in and out within the hour. That was appreciated! Out of all the years living in the area, we had never tried this restaurant and wanted to try something different.

                                                  Very nice restaurant inside a convention hotel. We'd never been here before and wanted a nice night out to celebrate a milestone. We were very happy with our choice. We will come back.

                                                  The Ahi tuna meal was fantastic! The other people that I was with ordered steak and said it was not worth the price at all. Our server, Lisa, was great. She was very personable and did a great job. As for the restaurant theme/decor it seems like they’re going for an old style Vegas setting which we found to be unimpressive.

                                                  Had the ribeye steak, it was cooked at the right temp but it had 0 flavor!! If you’re going to charge 49 dollars for a steak please for god sakes make sure it has seasoning on it! I have had better steaks at a non steak house. Service and drinks were good, food sucked!

                                                  Overall I enjoyed Fire and Ice. The blackened Salmon dish was enjoyable and their spinach and artichoke dish was served with tortilla chips at the right portion. They had a good cocktail menu and there were plenty of items besides the salmon to choose from. I would go back again if in Springfield on another visit.

                                                  Reservations made 1st timers order the Ribey/with lobster tale, mac&cheese. Steak & Mac came out ,guess what waitress forgets the Lobster .So by the time we received are entire meal , food was cold & lobster tale overcooked

                                                  We were seated at high top tables, which was fine except they were extremely close to televisions on the wall. Our waitress seemed scattered brained but was very nice. Steak was delicious but garlic mashed potatoes could have used more salt. Overall good! Would go back for the steak again.
