    My pasta and my wife’s Prime Rib was cold. The server was not attentive.

    Shrimp on steak was cold for both my wife and son. It was my wife’s birthday and waiter implied dessert was comped but we had to pay which was not a big deal it was just a surprise when check came.

    Firebirds has been one of my favorite spots for many years. The menu has something for everyone and prices, although higher than previously, are still in line. It is very comfortable dining and I have never had bad service. The wine bottle display and bar area are fun to view. Even the restroom is above average.

    Thank you to the manager and compliments to the chef for an excellent dinner.There was a slight mishap with pne of our orders and the manager was on the spot without being asked. This is true customer service, and hard to find these days. it is rare, to feel like you are valued. It was evident that the manager truly cared. Thank you, Firebirds. Your manager is an asset. Please let him know how much we appreciate him.

    Have never been disappointed in food or service. Consistently great food and service. Noise level, especially around holidays, has my ears ringing!

    My Pickleball friends met for an early Christmas dinner. We had a terrific time! Our table was ready when we arrived. The service was great and we all enjoyed our dinner! Highly recommend !

    We frequent Firebirds for work meetings and meals, and the food is amazing. The service is tremendous. The atmosphere is wonderful. I highly recommend it.

    Lunch with good friends was made even better by good food and solid service! Never felt rushed or pushed to eat faster so the table could be turned. All in all, a terrific meal and a helpful waitress and staff made it a place we will return to again and again!
