    Extremely short staffed, which we understand. But there should have been acknowledgement at least and an apology for slow service. Even when it’s busy not checking on your customers after food arrives is just a bad practice

    The food was delicious as always. The waiter was fantastic. We’ve had him before, and he remembered us. It was a great experience.

    Had lunch with a friend here recently, after not visiting for a couple of years....we each had our favorite salads and were not disappointed, it was as good as we remembered. Service was great, and noise level was minimum..all in all a very pleasant lunch!

    Ribs were dry but charred carrots were delicious! My husband’s salmon salad was perfect. Giovanni made our experience memorable and took very good care of us. This is the second time he waited on us and each time was great. He’s such a nice guy!

    Chilean sea bass and shrimp my husband order were partially raw. After one bite of raw fish returned and could not eat. My tortilla soup was a puree of what I am not sure.?? Chicken chucks in soup were too tuff to eat. So after a few bites of soup and a beer we left. So much for trying this place on our anniversary! Definitely not a celebration dinner. 🥲.

    First time eating at a Firebirds. I expected a high-end restaurant from what I read about these restaurants. The ambiance and service we good and our server timed each course well. We started with the bacon devil eggs, and they were good. Ceasar salad was good. My steak, on the other hand, was well bland. It was well cooked to my liking, and I expected with some wood fire flavor. I expected some seasoning on the steak, but it tasted as if it never got any.

    We had to wait quite a bit for another party to leave for our 7 PM reservation. Manager Ryan came over to explain the party had been there for 2 1/2 hours. I guess they only have one table that holds 5 people? 🤔 The restaurant was not super busy for a Saturday night (not a lot of people waiting in the lobby area. Once seated, our food & service was amazing.
