    The Gilbert location is much better than the Chandler location. There were gnats flying around that made it unpleasant while eating. The staff was pleasant and apologized for the inconvenience.

    Enjoyed our New Year's Eve meal at Firebirds very much. Our server, Cory, was excellent and very personable. Attentive level was good and time between servings perfect. Wife and I enjoyed sharing a Caesar's salad and then we both had the 7 oz bacon wrapped filet, mine with a lobster tail and hers with shrimp. Highly recommend Firebirds and ask for Cory.

    Ribeye had too much gristle. The Filet was very good. Everything else was average.

    We have been eating here every NYE for the past 7 years. We had to wait 30 minutes to be seated past our res time. Food took forever and arrived cold. The cocktail and bread were good. Very disappointed this time. I was shocked lots of open tables in the middle area and that we had to wait for seating.

    We have dined at Firebirds a number of times and at multiple locations but this recent visit was disappointing. Food was good but the service was lacking. We didn't receive a salad and when letting server know, he wanted to discuss facts of which side of the table it may have been dropped and with no apology. Also my wife ordered soup as an appetizer which came out with entree's. We were a party of 10 with gratuity included which increases the angst of a poor dining experience that was intended as a year ending celebration.

    The food was and always is outstanding. Our server was very attentive and got our orders, one of which was very specific with many requests, just right as requested. Firebirds is our go to place!!

    Great experience! We were visiting from out of state and really enjoyed the food and service at Firebirds. We’re a family of four and there was something for everyone on the menu. If you go, the Black Diamond martini is a must try! We liked Firebirds enough that we ate there two days in a row and would definitely eat there again next time we’re in town.

    Xmas eve dinner, my first and last visit to FBs. Shrimp with sriracha, caesar salad, chicken pasta and salmon all very good. however, parts of my risotto were in clusters hard as rock, and half the asparagus was too woody to eat. extremely long wait for seating even with a reservation (40 min), and while in between courses. they waaaaaay overbooked for their capacity. seated in center dining room, overhead lights turned up to stark white (no ambient lighting.) also there were gnats flying around and carpet was littered and appeared dirty. The highlight of the evening—-the wait staff exceptional in bar and dining.
