   Mae was an angel!!! We frequent FB often, and we’ll honestly come back to this specific location next time if it means we get the chance to have her be our server again! Everything was great, and my husband loved his steak - it was cooked perfectly! Thank you!!

   Great overall experience. Appetizers were great. Smokey flavored chicken wings with sauce brought a new flavor profile. The salad of the Tuna was refreshing. Prime rib was flavorful and well cooked. The ribeye steak was well cooked but the meat itself could have been better with lesser fat and no tendons. The serve was great. Prompt, smiling and trying to make our experience great. Would love to go back.

   We celebrated my mother’s birthday at Firebirds, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a special occasion. Our server was attentive, ensuring every detail was just right, and the food was exceptional—perfectly cooked steaks, flavorful sides, and a decadent dessert that made the celebration even sweeter. The staff even went the extra mile to make my mother feel special, which truly elevated the evening. Firebirds exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be back for future celebrations!

   My wife and I had an amazing time! Ellie was our waitress and she was awesome. Great food and atmosphere. Definitely will be returning.

   The food was amazing however, the server was very slow and not helpful. it was literally 10 people in the restaurant, and she didn't offer bread. She was slow to ask what we needed, slow to serve, and slow to check out.

   Charles was a wonderful server. He was attentive without being disruptive during our meal. His timing was great and made us feel like he was genuinely glad to be serving us our delicious meal! We love Firebirds, service, food and ambiance.

   The waitress was terrible! We sat at the table for about 10-15 minutes without anyone coming and even saying please give me a minute. We never received refills and when it was time for our dessert, she had it for us in to go boxes. Management was great and listened to our concerns.
