    locale stupendo, ottimo il menu, cibo e ricette ricercate e ben realizzate. accoglienza calorosa del personale molto professionale. Al bar farete conoscenza con persone eccezionali. Sono andato per aperitivo e cena 6 volte di fila.

    This is one of our favorite restaurants. Also, one of the few that take reservations so was easy to get in on a Friday night at prime dinner times. Noticed this visit the prices appear to have increased dramatically. I get it that everything has gone up but makes it a little more difficult financially to dine at a nice restaurant. Wife had a steak that was very good and I had salmon and shrimp that was also very good. Would definitely recommend. I believe they still have great appetizers during happy hour.

    Not our best experience dining at Firebirds. We were a little taken aback by the price increases. It looked like about 25-30% since our last visit a few weeks ago. Our reservation was at 5:15 and our server said the only way to order a happy hour drink was from the bar. Not a big deal but not much service consideration. Additionally, the server asked if we wanted cheese on a salad, never said anything about the additional cost. The salad arrived with about 20 pieces of shredded cheese which was a little ridiculous. I like Firebirds but with the lack of service and the price increases they have priced themselves out of our market.

    We eat here often and never experienced a wait like we had this time. We as many other s had reservations for 8pm. We showed up 10 mins early to check in and had to wait almost 45 mins. Before we were seated. It was Veterans Day and very busy. However, they should have been prepared for the load of people. This will not keep us from eating here. Just never expect the long wait.

    Our waitress Vanessa was superb. Given the craziness she was dealing with (the crowd at Veteran's Day), she was warm and friendly and kept her composure through the whole evening. Don runs a well-organized restaurant, and the food is to die for. Steak and Salmon were done to perfection, and the broasted carrots were a new treat for us. Of course, the potatoes au gratin just added joy to the meal.

    Food was excellent. I highly recommend making reservations. The service was good even for a busy night.

    One steak came out cool, wouldn't melt the Cajun butter. The other steak was very small in size for a 16 0z. We talked to the person bringing the warmed up steak out and she said she would check on it. Never heard back. Mashed potatoes, barely warm, wouldn't melt extra butter. We get steaks there often and this wasn't our usual meal. We didn't mention this to our server Emmy, who was great, because we thought a manager was checking.

    Excellent food, Server, and ambience. Our steaks were perfectly cooked as ordered. Marcie, our server, did an outstanding job of being attentive and anticipating our needs. The dining room is a little on the loud side from other patron chatter making it difficult at times to stay focused on your own conversation.
