   We had 2 great dinners... The salmon with shrimp, Tomatoe Bisque and a side mixed green salad. The cheese cake creme brulee was excellant as well... The other meal was a FireBirds chicken pasta which was also excellant and a plentiful serving. The bread delivered to our table was not completely done inside and appearred somewhat raw... Another bread was brought to us and the server had us cut it open to make sure it was done properly, and it was the same issue, so we declined the bread for our meal which was not a deal breaker. We ask the server to make the kitchen aware... Our second disappointment was we ordered Onion Rings for an appetizer while we were waiting for our dinners... The manager graciously came later to explain they were out of onion rings and offered us another appetizer at their expense. We felt that was unheard of by a restaurant over an appetizer, which was something that we appreciated but declined. It happens... Later a large area was set up for for a very large party in which they must have preordered appetizers ... as they were placed on the table just before that parties arrival... now we know where our order of onion rings went... Hahaha... We were okay with that and found it to be fantastic for the manager to ask us for any other appetizer which they would comp to us... This is why we enjoy this restaurant... For a Tuesday evening, the restaurant was full... Make sure you make a reservation. You'll like their prices too... I enjoy their steak filet as well, if you are looking for a great experience. Went to a newer steak restaurant down the road recently... It was much more expensive for a smaller steak and although the ambience was good their, the temperature of some of the food, though it seemed cooked properly, was served luke warm... Mashed potatoes should be hot... Our server at FireBirds was great as you could see they were overwhelmed with diners... Highly recommend this place!

   Dinner was amazing salmon was grilled perfectly. My sons steak was a bit over cooked but it was taking care of immediately Lana our sever was great very friendly drinks were always filled. Fresh and frosty for my double diamond was a great touch to her service

   Sunday brunch menu did not disappoint. The steak and egg bowl was delicious as well as the shrimp and grits bowl. Table service was prompt and friendly - thank you Stephanie! Plenty of parking …

   My self and my best friend enjoy coming for Happy Hour. This time I came in with a party of six for dinner. The server was friendly and welcoming. Very attentive. The food for two of the party either arrived cold or the meat over cooked. The manager was very gracious to solve the issue by providing a new dish for both. Her quick solution and positive attitude saved the evening for us to enjoy our dinner. Overall experience it was enjoyable and would definitely return again.

    The hamburger was not prepared as requested. server was told no cheese and only ketchup. cheese was added and no ketchup. my 10oz sirloin was tough and could finish it as my jaw hurt after eating half. steak had no flavor as well as the compound butter added nothing to the steak. limited menu selection. this was one of favorite places but we can longer support them as we have tried several times now.
